The Youth Hostel Berlin – Am Wannsee is located on the bank of the lake Wannsee on an huge property direct at the water. We offer 285 beds in four-bedded dorms, some with private bathrooms. Otherwise one shower is shared by two rooms, the toilets are next to the rooms. There is a limited number of single and double rooms available.
The special feature of the Hostel is our extraordinary location at the famous lake Wannsee, which offers a quiet and recreativ stay compared to the hustle and bustle of a big city. Nevertheless the city centre of Berlin can directly be reached within 15 minutes by S-Bahn (public transportation). Also the city of Potsdam with the world famous castle Sanssouci can be reached within 15 minutes only. Beside all facilities of a modern Hostel like:

IMPORTANT:
For a stay with us a Hostelling International Membership is required. International guests without membership pay a surcharge of 3.10 Euro for the first 6 nights to optain a full membership for the use of more than 4,500 Youth Hostels worldwide. Germany residents can become a member of the German Youth Hostel Association for 12,50 Euro per year (older than 26 years and family for 21,00 Euro) upon arrival.
Prices apply to guests younger than 26 years. Guests older than 26 years pay a surcharge of 3,00 Euro per person and night. All prices include breakfast and sheets.
