Assumed we'd booked the cockpit suite as it was the most expensive room available, but on arrival were offered an 'upgrade' to this room if we'd pay almost the same amount again. Great place to stay however.
Jumbo Stay is a cool novelty, but it's not a place you would go if you wanted to meet people or anything like that. It's a place you stay for one night when you have a flight from Stockholm the next day. The free airport shuttle drives right past it and will take you there in a few minutes. The only thing I'd change is the fact they won't let you wear shoes inside. I'm sure they'll respond with some silly reason why it's their rule, but it's ridiculous to have to take shoes off in the lobby.
This is exactly as advertised. A great and unique stay near an airport for when you need it. Definitely recommended even for novelty.
The perfect place to crash for night while on an extended layover. Location near the airport is perfect as well the most unique hostel I stayed at.
I had an early morning flight, so this was the perfect location for me to stay and not have do a lot of traveling in the wee hours of the morning. It is a 5 minute bus ride to the airport. If you want to be in the city center this is not the place for you. But the beds were really comfortable, only a few tv channels but the tv in the lounge has apple tv. Good selection of food and snacks at very reasonable prices. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a very nice view from the wing deck.
