Staff was really helpfull. even if i booked for wrong date, he quickly changed my booking and didn´t make any big deal about it. In the morning there was a nice guy fixing coffee machine when it didn´t work, so overall very helpful and nice ppl.

Well worth the money I paid for it! Close to Arlanda Airport with shuttle buses going like every 15 minutes.

They weren't kidding. The rooms were very small. Barely had room for our luggage. But it was clean, modern, quiet and very novel. No problems sharing the facilities, though the shower was tight. It's a perfect location for catching an early flight. Would have loved to see the Cockpit suite, but it was occupied and I understand it's quite pricey. All in all, it was a great way to end a busy trip to a beautiful country.

Very nervous insecure young man at front desk, who seemed to be very stressed out. He made me feel uncomfortable.

Had a wonderful stay, really as close to the terminal as you can get, but no noise at all. Friendly staff, clean rooms and showers.

I had booked via the Hostelworld website for a single occupancy room. When I arrived I was told my booking was not for a room in the main building (plane), but separatene. They didn't explain why my original booking (and price) were not valid. I ended up paying an additional 200 SEK. This was unacceptable.

Fantastic hostel if you're flying in late or out early.

Overall a great experience. I would include a short menu in the rooms showing what one can buy at the eating area. I probably would have bought something. Also, you could charge by the minute for internet access at desktop PC's. I think many people would pay for this service.

The ease of access from the airport by shuttle bus N° 14 is a great advantage, and also that the Jumbo is so visible from the bus stop. It is a pity that one cannot cook one's own meals. There are two microwave ovens, but I had lyophilised food packs which really need boiling water and bowls. But I fully understand that there is a big difference between Jumbo Hostel and for example Teusajaurestugan, and between urban travellers and back-country skiers !!!
