It was a pleasant stay except it\'s a bit hard to locate (find). The staff is wonderful!

Like the rest of the reviews I would point out that breakfast does not exist, unless you happen to be on a school trip (I managed to sneak some of their breakfast!). Location is good from train station but a long way from the old town. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were pleasant. Not a bad place at all.

i booked this hostel but when i got there (after an hour or so walk from the bad directions provided) i found that i had no room, without any apology they reservered another hostel on the other side of the city for me. seems pretty bad that a hostel could run like this, sorry for the negative vibes but a warning for other travellers, i would not recommend booking this hostel at all

Great, clean environment. Really cosy home feeling. But there was a 'technical problem' and they had overbooked the place so we had to move to an overcrowded room which was chocka block couldn't even put your backpack down. The staff are lovely but the 'big boss' is very grumpy and unfriendly. Overall though, a good place to stay.

Very nice hostel!!! the only thing that annoyed me is how there's no key to the main door, and some time are left standing outside for awhile until some one opens it.

Nice homely atmosphere but only 2 bathrooms, one of which was out of order while we were staying there!

We came down to breakfast on our first morning and were told that breakfast was no longer included in the price of the hostel. We were not told this at the time of booking in (apparently the manager decided that policy the day before) we were not informed in advance of this. We were given no explanation or apology. Was not too impressed with this, particularly as this was one of the reasons we had chosen the hostel. Still for the price it wasn't bad, but it let the place down.

Just the one bathroom and the location were the downsides, but this is a lovely building with very friendly staff. gorgeous garden for reading in the sunshine, and very clean. Trying to haul my bags up the ladder to the dorm in the roof was a bit of a nightmare, but the staff helped. Cheers!
