Really nice hostel. 10 minutes walk from the beach, hot water in the showers, nice breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful, with good recommendations for restaurants, where to get massages, and a tour agent to buy inter-province bus tickets from. I would definitely recommend this place and stay there again if I'm ever back in Goa.
Great clean hostel, and met so many travellers whilst I was there and we all went to dinner and clubs together. Perfect hostel for a solo traveller!
Best place to stay in 3 months travelling in India. It's hard to leave: came here for 2 days and stayed for a whole week. Thumbs up for this people! :)
jungle hostel fufills the role as to what a hostel is meant to be,inviting, large areas to co-mingle and value for money.all this in the middle of a slow moving lay back atmosphere, you have it here. staff and management take a true hands on approach and are indeed an asset to the hostel. a breakfast that is filling and healthy with ample space in the kitchen to do your own thing. you won.t be disappointed in this selection.
One of the nicest hostels i have stayed in. The common area is really nice and a great place to relax. The staff are helpful and it is really clean. You will probably extend your stay. I would definitely stay again.
One of the best I stayed at during my months in India.
I arrived here just as the season began. This was an amazing find in the midst of the craze of india. This place is a trap, you get in and never want to get out. Looking out of the room, you feel you are in the heart of a jungle, peaceful, serene & beautiful. The beach is pretty close as well- this is a nice place to chill out. The guy who runs the place is a traveler himself, friendly and is from Goa; he knows what you are looking for. BEST HOSTEL in India in 6 months of travel? Most def!
Great hostel. I've been travelling for 8 months and this is the best hostel I've stayed in. The place has a great vibe. It's super chilled during the day with everyone hanging out in hammocks relaying tales of the night before and then it all winds up again as it gets dark! If you are travelling alone or in a group yet looking to meet people then this is definitely the place for you. Enjoy!

Jungle is a chilled out hostel set a few minutes away from Vagator beach. There is a large common room which allows you to easily meet other travellers. Rooms are clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We originally planned to stay here 1 night and ended up staying a week. I'd happily go again.

It was like staying in a hotel not in a hostel! So clean and comfortable, didn't sleep that well on the whole trip like in that hostel! The staff was very nice and everyone was happy to offer tips and advice of where to go and what to see in goa.The free breakfast is really good, the communal space had a great layout and made it easy to sit and meet people;this was especially important for me since I was travelling solo..perfect mix of a sense of community, party, and relaxation.Highly recommend!
