The address is only for this hostel\'s reception. You can check-in at earliest of 3pm (15:00) and they will give you a ride to the actual hostel. There are no staff at the actual hostel, but they do have safety lockers for your stuff. The location is good as it is close to the Malakoff - Plateau de Vanves metro station.

Very cheap and clean place to stay in pairs , 5 minutes walk from the metro station in safe and clean neighborhood . staff is friendly. Met nice french people there. It is far from downtown, internet connection is bad. if you are checking in late you have to contact them.no towels are provided. Reception desk is located in a different building check out is easy. from its name it is a place just to sleep, and for the price , no complain .

They didn't have our booking when we got there. So had they been all booked out we would not have had a place to stay!

The address to check in is not the actual hostel and check in took a while so give yourself extra time in Paris to deal with it. Besides that the hostel is very nice. It feels like a home and probably was a converted house. Area seemed very safe. Close to a metro which helps because it's on the outskirts of Paris which is typical for Paris hostels. Staff were friendly and helpful but didn't seem very well informed like for directions and stuff. No lockers though.

This place was a lot nicer than I thought the advertisement on hostelworld made it look like. There are some lockers in the hallway. There is a full kitchen, and a nice sitting room. It is a little outside the main city, but there is a metro stop about five minutes away that will take you straight into the heart of Paris.

Although it was far from Paris center, it is easy to move around on metro and it is located in a nice and quiet area. The only thing is that if you do not speak french is not easy to socialize with locals or french speackers hostel visitors. Love the building!

When they say justabed, they mean it. The hostel was completely separate from the office where the business is located (they provide the shuttle). It was a little disorganized (expect a long wait between check in and getting over to the actual hostel). The kitchen and lounge areas were nice, the showers were hot, and it was generally clean and in a safe area. Definitely not a "youth hostel," and requests to be in single-gender rooms went unheeded. Close to metro, 30 minutes to centre-ville

I could never advise to book this hostel. Its one of the worst.. Very very dirty! The showerrooms and the toilets were never clean! The floor in the room was also very dirty. The people who stayed there at our time were very young and very rude!! They were very loud late in the night and slammed the doors every time.

Mr & Mrs Thin is my parents, when they came Paris they do not speak English or French or any other languages, only speak Vietnamese but thanks to very enthusiastic help of hotel staff that they had a great trip. I hope if I'm going to France and to say thanks to Justabed. Wish you have a happy weekend!

(+) The Hostel is quite good Value for Money. Near to a train station. Zone 2. Comfortable. Beds ok. Awesome shower. (-) The Hostel is not in the same place of reception, but they warned about it. Pay attetion also the time to check-in. The Satff were a little bit jumbled but if think they are just French :D Even so I really recommend this Hostel.

Horrible experience! Says they have WiFi and they didn't. The guy took us to where the rooms were at about 8:30p, didn't have the right keys to our rooms, left saying he would be back in about 10 minutes...2 hours later a different guy shows up with the keys. He put me in a bed and when I went to make it, I found dirty clothes under the pillow, disgusting!! The bed had been given to someone else! He put me in another bed but failed to give me all the sheets that the other guests were given.

We payed € 60 a night for a private room in this hostel. They told us that the cleaning staff was about to clean the room one hour after we had arrived. Unfortunately, this never happened. INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: chewing gum on the bed, a dirty room that wasn't vacuumed, dirt of the previous guest in the bin, pubic hair on the mattress (that was 5 cm thick), sheets that didn't fit (cover for a double bed and 2 single duvets)... The hostel was 30min away from the centre by metro! INCREDIBLE!

The actual place was not where the address to the reception was, so it was a little surprising that we had to get into a van to be transported to the lodging area. Once there, the facilities were good, the rooms were clean, and things seemed pretty new.

The hostel is not at the stated address and you are driven to a different building with no reception. Since this is the case you are forced to pay for the room before seeing it. When I was driven to the actual hostel it was very dirty, no toilet paper, etc. I went back to reception to ask for a refund, and was told I could not receive one without the manager's permission who was not there and to call or send an email. I have since sent an email and have not received any reply.

Internet was not working properly. It's not in the city of Paris. They had to drive you to the hostel location.

Pretty average, out of the way place. There is no on-site staff there and the wi-fi was sketchy, but it was pretty cheap and had a good common room and one of the better kitchen setups I ran across.

Justabed is for those looking for a quiet place to stay, and are fairly self sufficient. It is well priced, clean, and away from the crowds. The kitchen is better than I see in many residences in the city. More so, it is close to a Metro stop, so not completely inaccessible from the city. It might only be a problem for those who want to stay out late at night. I'd suggest mentioning that the check in location is an office, and not at the same address as the hostel.

There was a mistake in the booking, so we were put up in one of their apartments which was lovely. However the toilet seat was broken the door handle kept come off, the skirting boards kept falling off. It just needs some maintenance!
