Near to the market n peir at niget just few step to Khao Shan Road

This place was ok for one night but was shabbier than the pictures on hostelworld. Our room was tiny but clean and the shower was good. The staff were quite helpful and it was great to be able to walk to Kho San Road in 5 minutes. Just was a bit dark and depressing in the room so if you are staying in Bangkok a few days I would stay elsewhere but there was nothing particularly bad about it.

I like K.S. House Guesthouse. Because, the room that i lived was comfortable. The facilities also good enough and the most important thing was the room is clean enough. I will recomend this place to person who looks a room that cheap enough but has good quality in Bangkok. The location was not too far away from Khao San Road, the very popular street among backpackers around the world and full of entertainment all night long.

great location, nice to have a balcony, but very basic, but that was perfect for us as we were just there to party and site see!

Staied here, in fact, more than 1 night. Security guy at the entrance in the evening would check your, personal're not widely smiling, at least, in the beginning, but kind and very helpful. Room, toilet, bedshirt are clean. Each room has window, and it's pretty quiet outside in the night. Rooms with A/C are way better than with fan, mainly because of condition of the bathroom.

Just slept there for 2 hours, so not much to say. :) The staff seemed OK, though they didn't even know about our reservation, so we were lucky they've even had the room available. Room itself was pretty good, comfortable bed, hot water in the shower, just the fan was a little bit too noisy and with a broken rotation mechanism. Overall, pretty good place for the money! Excellent location if you want to stay in the old town!
