Very friendly and helpful staff but the room did not smell good and the walls were super thin.

Room is a little bit small, and the location is a bit far from the main road. However, the staffs and atmosphere is amazing!

This place was just fine. A little more expensive than other similar rooms we've booked in Malaysia. Nonetheless it was clean and staff is very friendly. There's also a garden.

Clean and beautiful place to stay. Conveniently located. Walls are too thin however. Also wish there were better food options especially for the evening.

Stayed in the dorm. It is nothing more than a 4 person room. Walls are thin in the whole guesthouse. Its a clean place and staff always wants to help you. Nothing special, but good for a 2 nights stay to visit cameron highlands.

If you go there, take a dorm. Because the private "room" are not really rooms but closets. And it's not a way to speak. Our private room was literally a depressing windowless closet. So without real walls, you can hear your neighbors breath. Otherwise this place is clean, wifi ok and owner friendly. But you can find real room for the same price elsewhere in town.

Decent place to stay in the Cameron Highlands. Easy to get to from the bus station. Walls are very thin though but not too much noise when we were there.

Pros: Helpful staff, short walk from the centre of town, can organise day trips and buses etc. Cons: Cold showers, and I mean cold, slow internet

Very basic but nice place to explore the Cameron Highlands. Less than 5 min walk to the main road with all the restaurants. Very friendly and helpful owner, she can tell you anything about trails and hikes. Not really recommended for light sleepers though as the walls are very thin.

Very firendly staff, lockers for the dorm would be nice.

The best guesthouse I stayed in all of Malaysia! Don't stay anywhere else. Location is great as a centre to explore the Highlands. The directions make it seem like a long walk from the bus station, it isn't. Very easy to get to. The staff are really relaxed and helpful, really feels like you are chilling at someone's home.

One key to a room of four is not really safe. The door must remain open so that the roommates there in may.

There aren't many options for accommodation in Cameron highlands so we went with this one purely as this was the only one available with a private room. Rooms are cubicles with sliding doors so you can hear everything going on in all the different cubicles along the corridor. One of the worst hostels we have stayed in so far. So cold on a night.

I thought the place was really nice and the staff very helpful. There is only thing I didn't really like which is that sounds in the bathroom seem to be amplified, everything in there is so loud. Some insulation under the tiles could probably solve that problem.

The location is ok, walking distance from the bus station. The staff helped us organize a trip to the must-see places like mossy forest, tea plantation, butterflies. However it got pretty cold at night, I personally found the provided blanket not enough, especially that the walls in the dorm had holes.

Owner is super friendly, explains everything about the city and things which can be done. Can book tours and tickets here. Nice beds. Book cheapest room, than you are on the ground floor and there is wifi in the room. Not on 2nd floor.

waited for over half an hour to check in even informed a late arrival in advance. There's no staff nor ring at the counter. Extremely cold at night while the blanket was also extremely thin. Staff werent friendly as former comments complimented. hygiene is ok and location is good

The lady working at the reception was very helpful and willing to provide all the information about the travelling and activities around. The location is ok and the facilities are fairly clean. The negative is that it was extremely cold at night at the dorm room. Probably because there was something like open ventilation shafts at the room and the walls are very thin. Sleeping bag or warm clothes are highly recommended.
