Very unfriendly staf, which creates a negative atmosphere. I never felt like I wanted to leave a hostel as soon as possible like with this one.Have so many negative things to say about this hostel but it's not worth my time as how the people behind the desk treath you when you ask something. Also if your not into having a normal conversation with someone then this is the perfect place for you!

The hostel is in a great location. They arrange parties every night, but at a cost. No power plugs in rooms as they want u to spend more time in the common area which has a pool table, Foosball and a good bar.

Best Hostel in case of value for money, location, atmosphere. Amazing hostel in amazing city at best location.

The location is the best thing. The atmosphere is really good as well, mainly if looking for a party hostel. And the staff always try to help. The bad thing is: the rooms are to small and to crowd, the internet doesn't work in all hostel.

The closing down of the common area at midnight was a bit inconvenient for guest who were't partying. Also there were no charging points in the dorms or on the levels 2,3,4. Today many travellers brings gadgets like cameras, cell phones etc. and a top notch hostel should have charging points for the convenience of the occupants.

Kabul was my favorite hostel that I stayed at well traveling Europe. The locations is amazing. It's placed in the court yard full of tapas bar with amazing food and drinks.

The reviews about the poor staff were spot on. Wow, were they awful. First let me say everything else was fine (except for the guy screaming over the microphone in the hangout area the whole time... seriously dude, please stop. no one is listening). But the staff -- saying they were "rude" would actually be a compliment to them. You walk up to the counter and they act like you dont exist. They seem to hate to have to give you any help regarding advice on where to go etc. It was sad.

Kabul Backpackers is hands down my favourite hostel. In peak season the atmosphere in the place is electric and filled with like minded travellers all wanting to have a good time together. I met some fantastic people here. The staff are fantastic and really try to make everything as easy as you would like. The only downside to Kabul is the obvious fact that it's a party hostel, if you're looking to have an early night, or take it easy, maybe look at getting a smaller room.

Great place to stay if you want to party. Awesome location and great place to meet people from all over the world. Thanks guys.

The staff is awful, the key deposit is abusive, there are no sockets is the rooms, the rooms are crowed and with bad linen, the breakfast is really basic, the toilets are awful. Besides that the music is really really loud and doesn't allow you to sleep, the best way to describe this hostel is saying that it is a night club where pepole sleep sometimes.

Everything was absolutely perfect, just that I wish the breakfast had different items everyday.

Clean hostel with good social bar area and rooftop terrace. No power points in room to charge phone and reception staff are a bit unfriendly.

Amazing location, very social and friendly atmosphere. Only downside is that there are no power outlets in the rooms. However, staff are happy to charge behind the desk and there's lots of outlets in the common areas.

Definitely a Party Hostel. Hostel gets you in to a different club each no with no cover, take advantage of that. This hostel is right in the heart of Barcelona so much going on right around you. You will not be bored here. Happy hour each day twice a day 2 beers for 2.50 euro. Book this hostel if you are looking for a fun social atmosphere.

Kabul is a ton of fun-- a lot of young people who are down to party stay here. Some things were missing however. For the first two days, our room was EXTREMELY hot, the air conditioning was essentially blowing hot air all day. The staff is also not very friendly-- if you ask for help, they seem annoyed you asked. Also, their tours/staff can be very flakey. We tried to go on a tour, and the guide just simply never showed up. Overall, good location. Stay if you want to party in Barca.

Perfect party hostel to stay at - would definitely stay again. Met awesome people in our room, bartender was so nice

The staff could be much more friendly.

If you are looking for fun, that's the place, but if you wanna take a good shower and have a good night of sleep, then find somewhere else to go.

It was one of the worst hostel I have ever stayed. Last day I found a space in free hostel and for comperision, it was 5 star hotel for me. Just location was better, the rest is trash.

Only bad thing is not having plugs to charge your phone on the bedrooms!
