Overall it was OK. From other Ryokans I've stayed in this one seemed quite expensive for the overall experience. The directions to the ryokan need to be more detailed.

It is a budget hotel with clean and comfortable Japanese rooms and public bathroom. It is just next to the JR Shizuoka station with 10 minutes walk. The staff is very kind. I did not bring my electric adopter and they helped me to make one. But the google map provided is wrong so make sure the correct location of the hotel.
