We really loved our stay at the Kaissara hostel! All of the staff members are very friendly and want to make you feel welcome. We had a nice little excursion to some local waterfalls, and a little caiperinhia party with all the guests. If there is one little negative thing, it's that because of the jungle being so close, there are a lot of mosquitos and the room sometimes is a bit damp. But i definately recommend a stay in George's hostel! Keep up the good work!

Generally a pretty decent place to stay for the price.. But honestly I wished I spent all my nights at the Trindade Sea and Forest Hostel.. i only booked one night there cos Kaissara was booked out on the first night... but the hostel is much nicer at Sea and Forest.. the owners are so friendly and chill too.. the guy built these awesome wooden chalets which are surrounded by Rainforest..

The surrounding of the hostel is veeery beautiful ! Sometimes you feel a bit like you are in summer camp, because of all the activities that the owner George wants to do, which isn't bad at all.The rest of the staff is very nice and helpfull as well, and female guest: enjoy the eye candy ;-) only bad thing is that some of our stuff was molding because of the high humidity, but i guess u have to count on that, if u want to live halfway in the jungle. I would definetly recommend this place.

Kaissara hostel is just amazing!! The best hostel ever! There you feel like home. The owner, George, is an english guy who makes everyone feel a part of a family. almost every day himself and Teka, the most loyal dog, take the guests to waterfalls or to the beaches at no charge, he just love the place and enjoy to share experiences with his guests.
