Kaixo (hello!). I'm Ion, a backpacker like you, that inspired in my trips around the world and with a big hope has opened the doors of my house in the Old Town in Donostia (San Sebastian) at 2 minutes walking from the famous La Concha beach, protected from the atacks of the Cantabric Sea by the Santa Clara island, with a espectacular walking to the Peine del Viento by the escultor Eduardo Txillida. On the other side the surfer beach of La Zurriola, where it's possible to enjoy a wilder beach and beautiful waves. In a district where you will find everything. Come and see!
When you make the reservation we will send you a Map with instructions about the chek in and how to arrieved to the Hostel, send us a confirmations please.
If your idea consists in getting drunk, no respeting the rest of the guests of the hostel, anoying the neighbourhood or disturbing the peace, you won't be welcome. I'm a backpacker like you and I want people that wants to enjoy the environment of the hostel, have a beer and relax. If you're like that, this is your hostel!

In Kaixo you will find a kind, young environment, where human values and communication are reason of more thrill to continue your rute or relax from your daily life.
Kaixo offers services within our humility. You will find private and mixed bedrooms with different capabilities, with kitchen, towels and clean linen included in the price.
Beside that, we have a bar that offers 12 different kind of breakfast, amazing salads for lunch or dinner, or a beer with good music and conversation at reasonable prices according to our filosophy.
We have a cyber-cafe with more than 50 computers for free, secondhand books, bycicles and surfboards for rent.... And if you want it, it's possible to organise outings to other cities, mountains, tapas tours, dinners in societies or whatever you fancy...
We have all the information you would need to organise your own outings, if you prefer it.
What makes me happy is that you feel like at home.
