The staff was very rude to me and made me and my friends pay extra since we booked at Hostelworld for some odd reason. The girl who made us pay could not even explain herself and just got mad and yelled at us after we paid the agreed amount. Also, one night, there was a man working the desk who ate our leftover food. The room was ok, and moderately clean, but the staff was unfriendly. Este hostal, aunque en una gran ubicación, hizo que mi estancia en Viña no sea agradable.

Good place, great people. Staff realized the second day that we get up early so they made sure breakfast was out the next day by the time we woke up. Wear ear plugs though. Hollow floors make people with shoes on sound like elephants.

Great hostel to stay in if you want to party, since its big and music is allowed until late. Not the best option if you want to rest properly.

During my stay, there were a couple of special incidentes due to the behaviour of some guests, which I hope, are not normal for that place. Since those would better fit into a police report, than into this review, I will hereby simply comment the hostel itself and trying to avoid a bais due to them. Therefore, the hostel itself was nice, but the staff seems to be a little bit disorganized. But be aware of the fact, that it is rather a party hostel.

Nice and helping staff. Good location, not far from the bus station, neither from a metro station. There was a great party the first night we arrived. However, since there are a lot of rooms, hence a lot of guests, there are more chance that a loud guest bothers all the other at very late hours (that's what happened during one of our night there). For the rest, I would say I was very satisfied of my stay there.

Great hostel! It has plenty of room, a very nice atmosphere and very clean. It is also very well located and the attention is excellent.

VERY NOICY HOSTEL!!! I would not recommend this hostel to anyone who wishes to sleep at night, it's definitelly a party hostel. The hostel is very well located, is clean, the rooms are new, bright and big and the staff is very friendly, the breakfast is great as well. But, they make parties in the common area which is very close from the rooms (there's not even a door to close to contain the noise a bit), there's no lights out time, meaning that the party and blasting music can go on until late.

Really great hostel. Facilities are good, staff are super friendly and helpful and location is good also. Was really good to chill out here with lots of DVDs to watch on the big screen TV. Rooms were clean and comfy and bathrooms were also good.

Do not stay here. Extremely disorganized, if you book on HW they will have no idea, had to show printout, make sure to ask for receipt! Very dirty; dirty floors that are never mopped. Kitchen has 2 very used pans. Cheap, stained sheets that are as thin as tissue paper and smell. Very noisy, staff never tells people to turn down TV volume past 1am. Buzzer outside (to get in to hostel) is broken, so you either hope someone leaves when you want to enter or bang on door in hopes they hear you

A little bit pricy, but absolutely worth it. Very comfortable hostel in a great location.

The rooms are very simple, the kitchen and the breakfast are OK. But in return the location was very good and the living room was comfortable to watch movies.

This is a real youth hostel, which means music and noise pretty late. But I am also confident, that the younger crowds loves this place. I guess we are a bit too old for this places, but besides that, it was a ok stay.

Staff was amazing! Moved us to a quiet private room at no charge when the party was raging late at night at the hostel. Lots of bathrooms and great community area. Only bummer was our beer was stolen a couple times from the fridge even when we had marked it with our name.

Great hostel! Clean kitchen for cooking, and several computers for you to use with wi-fi as well. I loved my time here!

Staff was very friendly and fun. We arrived really early after taking an overnight bus, and the staff allowed me to check into my room at 6am so I could get some sleep. Right in town and near the beach, the location was good. Also maids seemed to be working non stop. Id take a nap and id cone back to a made bed. Only complaint was the showers, they would change from boiling hot to freezing cold without warning. It was pretty annoying but id still go back there if I came back to vina del mar.
