This place is a dive. The sheets and bathroom were not cleaned. There was a half-smoked cigarette in the bathroom. The locks on the room doors were flimsy (no deadbolt). The mattress was about 20 years old (an old trick is to flip the mattress; usually the underside is less worn). But the location is very close to the cotton palace and the boys working there were very nice. BRING EARPLUGS as it is on a noisy (though not very busy) street.This place is a dive.
