the propitiator of this ryokan speaks perfect english and is very very??helpful for basic concierge services! definitely recommended. also, i read other reviews that mentioned difficulty finding it... well, if you are lost in japan it's probably your own fault. the subway offers and excellent map of the area, between the online map and the subway i was fine.

This place was ok, it was in a central location, but in a red light district so there were heaps of brothels around. but it had a nice japanese bath and the rooms themselves were nice and clean for the cheap price. Although it is really hard to find and dont rely on the directions they give you, google it or something before you go otherwise your stuck in a red light district asking for directions.

This was the best place I stayed in Japan. It is really close to Dotombori and Namba, main points to start sightseeing. The place was really clean and spacious. Staff was really kind also. I highly recommend Kaneyoshi Ryokan.

Excellent that they let me cancel the last night and paid 0.9 back. Not much English speaking skills, but that's common. Very spacey room. Nice bath. Excellent location. Cheap.

friendy and helpful staff, very clean & tidy and rooms well serviced. good central location, 12pm curfew as usual with ryokans can hinder partying but you'll get that everywhere. would stay again for sure.

Kaneyoshi was great. I loved the experience. My only concern it that I really wanted the traditional breakfast. I assumed it was included or i could pay for it. However I was never given the option and when i went down during the breakfast hours they said i had to sign up before hand. I really did enjoy the hotel but this could do with clearing up.
