The main problem I had with this hostel was that I came in winter. There was noheating and it was freezing. The showers were warm but little use when the rest of the hostel was Baltic. The staff spoke essentially no English and were no help to me when looking for things to do etc. Which was a big pity, cos I needed help in Kangding. Also, the hostel directions were wrong. It had moved to an old lady to show me the way. I'm sure it would be lovely in the summer, but a definite no in winter.
