I arrived late with a friend and left early, so my experience with the hostel was quite brief. Nevertheless, I have no complaints! It is located immediately behind the Hakone-Yumoto station- convenient for our evening arrival. While the lobby is a little dingy, there are helpful maps/pamphlets at the door. We were checked in by a very polite and friendly man, who showed us to our secure, quiet and clean room for the night. Complimentary tea, plenty of bedding and a large bathtub included!
