Great PLACE !! Nice and clean, the person in charge, Johanna, is an amazing person who makes ur stay pleasant, she is very attentive and she cares about ur interests as a traveler, so she can suggest places to visit, to eat, etc... definitely, she helped me a lot while I was in Edinburgh. :) Thx a lot Johanna !

We got a really nice room and it was all good. Joanna was the best staff we've ever met, so friendly! Breakfast was also good.

Great little B&. Friendly staff, comfy bed and good food. But the wifi doesnt work. Only worked for about five minutes our entire stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Staff were amazing! Only issue is that the shower in the attic room is really bad, showered with temperatures constantly fluctuating from 17 degrees to 52 degrees

We decided on Kariba after finding a last minuet deal. It was either stay in a 12 bunk room in the middle of the City or stay 5 mins away by car and have us 3 and a private ensuite. I lost the key to our room the first night, but the manager helped us out. I did find it the next day though! The manager was disappointed when we missed breakfast because of a hangover. She really knew what was going on! Will definetly stay here next visit to Edinburgh. Regards, Simone, Ashleigh and Joshua.

There was no lift. The door lock was quiet poor. The manager was friendly, but the owner was very impolite.

The manager is being very considerate and helpful during my days in Edinburgh. The room is homey and clean. The breakfast is nice. And the internet is perfect. The bus stop is right next to the house to the center. It will definitely be a nice place to stay in Edinburgh.

+ Very clean, convenient location (next to the bus stop), good sized rooms - Guesthouse door was sometimes locked at night (had to knock on door and wait), Wifi signal was very poor in most rooms

a very beautiful house with helpful and kind staff. the location is a little far from downtown, but the no.27 bus is directly to the house. a good choice if you like the quiet place to live.
