Its a great little B&B to stay at, the staff were friendly and the rooms were really clean, the only downside is its a little way out of the centre of the city, but there is a bus stop literally accross the road from the B&B and it only cost £1.50 for a single or £3.50 for an all day ticket on Lothian buses, and the No. 10 bus goes straight into Princess Street. Would stay again.

It was a bit cold in the basement where our room was. But we still loved the room, the breakfast and everything else

I thought that they place was okay! Way to much money for what we got.
