I booked a mixed room 4 beds....The room was too small, could just be for 1 person, at the ground floor just a door from the street. The toilet just outside the room was used from everybody!,from the staff, from people coming from outside, was not just for guests use. There was a second entrance to the room, just on the street, I didn't feel so safe. A part of the staff was unhelpful.

very dirt, staff without energy,after 10 pm no noise and the staff ask you more money that really should to city tour and other tours.
