Fantastic hostel! We we've initially only going to stay for one night but ended up staying three. Vera is such a nice and welcoming host who makes excellent breakfasts with loads of great jams. Great location to do the Tugela falls walk too which is highly recommended.

Thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay, very interesting and helpfull owner, all the other guests seemed very happy as well - good base location for a number of interesting hikes, trails and beautifull scenery in fairly close proximity

Nice Backpackers which is managed by an friendly older lady, she makes the breakfast food by herself it was great. The Backpackers is perfect for persons who look for a quite and central place in the Drakensberge. Good starting point for hiking tours etc. in the surrounding area.
