Brilliant service. Perfect for weekends getaways if you don't want to stay at a hotel.

Kate is very nice& attentive with all our needs. The building is old so the facilities goes with it. I can hear all the noise outside, but with the very affordable fee, it's good enough.

Kate was very lovely, very friendly and helpful. The only issue I encountered was that she needs to hoover and clean the rooms properly before new guests come. The floor had a lot of hair (female hair) which was annoying. Otherwise location was amazing, close to everything.

Kate Guesthouse Greeted by a child Room not as advertised. Grubby showers rooms and toilets. Unbearably hot Loud outside at night due to by trams Bathroom smells of damp and mould Do with a touch up Kate wasn't here a lot to help us No DVD player/ceiling lamp Kitchen dishes very dirty Clock didn't work in room No lock on showers Okay location There aren't any lockers Most other reviews seem to be about how nice Kate is, not about the property itself

The only complaint that I have is that it was very hot and the fans that were in the room didn't help that much and opening the windows helped a little but with trams going right outside the window all night it wasn't so great.
