As friendly and helpful the staff at Katerina & John hostel were, the hostel needs a lot of work. Unfortunately the bathrooms majorly lacked in cleanliness & the rooms had ants. Located in Perissa about 1.5-2 hours away (by ATV) from Oia (where you'll find the blue domed houses)..Mark's bikes store is located right next door - renting an ATV is a MUST do considering you are so far away from Fira & Oia- it's cheap and loads of fun! No wifi - use the matrix internet cafe next door.

6 euro and a 5 minute walk to the gorgeous Perissa beach. Personally, that's all I would need to hear, and upon re-entering Santorini, I would stay nowhere else. It's right across the street from the bus stop to go to other areas, and there are plenty of shops and a 24 bakery within a block. The owners are friendly, and when I was stuck in a jam, Markos went out of his way to get me to the ferry port.

This location of this hostel was great! About 5 mins walk from the beach :) The dorm was large, with lots of space and there were multiple bathrooms. This was the first hostel i stayed at which had a pool, and an area to relax and sunbathe! The staff were also really lovely, they even gave me a free ride to the port on my last day, so i didn't have to worry about the bus!

Cheap hostel. Very close to bus stop. 300 metres from beach. Not internet in the hostel, you have to use their next doors internet point and pay for it. Not a normal reception, just the flat of the owners and you feel are bothering them ringing the bell.

This hostel was amazing! They took care of our transportation to the airport, location was so close to the black sand beaches, and the people downstairs set us up with the best way to see the island in the time we had. Perissa is far from the main town of Fira is a little far away, yet easily accessible by various forms of transportation, and the town we were in was very chill and a nice place to go to sleep at night. I would definitely return!!

i would like to Thank the Hotel Team for there Execllent hospitality, i had a pleasant stay and tha location and Staff was perfect, Thank you John for driving me to the Port at midnight to catch my Ferry at no cost at all. God bless.

Perfect. Swimmingpool, close to an amazing beach, also possibility of renting bikes right nex to the hostel. John picks you up at the port, anytime your ferry/plane arrives, and if possible also drops you off. The island is great to dissconnect from stressed life, and the peoples and cities are awsome.

Very kind and helpful hosts! Room quality varies greatly but me and my girlfriend had luck and got a very good room.

Both Katerina and John did everything to make my stay so pleasant. As a backpacker I really recommend this hotel as they truly understand our needs.
