Hostel is VERY old and dated. Showers are filthy. The noisiest place i have ever stayed, you can hear absolutely everything that is happening in the hallway and other rooms! Firealarm went off in the middle of the night so we had to be evacuated for 10-15mins and never found out the reason why. Definitely reccomend staying elsewhere.

Dirty and filthy, esp. kitchen ( microwave disgusting ). Freezing, 11 degrees, and heater was switched off in living room. Unfriendly.

The hostel's staff is very nice and helpful. This hostel is a very good solution for travellers who are looking for a good accommodation in sensible price. There are also other facilities like small library and TV. I experienced no problems with warm water even in the evening. At arrival I was granted one-day free access to the Internet what was a nice surprise for me. If I go to the Blue Mountains again, I will choice the same hostel for sure.

Nicely set up meals room. Kitchen facilities. Cute vintage tiles in bathroom, good hot shower but unfortunately there is also some kind of extractor fan in the shower that blows cold air on you, making the room freezing cold the minute you turn the hot water off!! Good value for money if you want budget accommodation.
