Staff from Kaza Rio is completely ready to make of your stay in the Marvelous City one of your best memories ever!
Our hostel is in Estacio, the neighborhood where samba has born, the soul of Brazil. We are located just 10' walking to the Sambodromo, 20' from the famous Maracan Stadium, just 15' to the great party place of Lapa and the bohemian and cute Santa Teresa, really close to Tijuca Florest, and 20' from the most famous beaches like Copacabana!
Transportation not a problem! Metro is only one block away from the hostel and at the corner you will find several buses to every point in the city.
We offer private and shared rooms. Breakfast (coffee, milk, yogurt, juice, fruit, cereal, cake, bread, butter and jam) is included in all rates!
Shared rooms (some with air conditioning and some with fan) are spacious with linen and lockers for each person (you only need to bring your own lock or buy one with us)
We also have a common TV room with cable and DVD, sofas and a very comfortable hammock. And by the afternoon, you could enjoy the outdoor terrace on the third floor, a perfect atmosphere of relaxation, fun, drinks and music.

The place is clean and the staff was Nice. The location is excellent as you have everything nearby, it is very close to the metro station to go everywhere else. The only advice is to please make sure to have air conditioning, we paid for it and it never worked and Rio is very hot 24/7. The Bar, the atmosphere, WiFi, help from the staff, all the rest is good and value for your money.
