Kelowna - SameSun Backpacker Lodge Reviews

I have stayed in alot of hostels in the world, and would classify this as a pretty good one. All facilities provided (net, good bathrooms, common room, gigantic kitchen, free breakfast, etc). Reasonably close to downtown so easy to walk everywhere. Good for meeting people.

We booked to stay in a dorm room but when we arrived the guy at the front desk (Jono) let us know we would only pay $4 extra to stay in a private room/pn which we then upgraded to. The room was incredibly clean; the sheets smelt freshly washed which was amazing for a hostel. Jono is a great guy, very welcoming and friendly, the premises is very clean and very well looked after. The bathroom was very clean also and spacious, showers were decent and the kitchen had plenty of space and equipment.

Awesome hostel and staff. Made alot of great friends. Hostel has a hot tub!! awesome to use in winter Rooms are good and has a massive kitchen with plenty of fridge freezers. Would be a excellent place to come in summer. Samesun Kelowna is one of the best

As we were here in the winter time, there wasn't really much happening down in Kelowna, but i could imagine this place pumping in the summertime with all the amazing lakes around. The Rooms were all very clean and super spacious, the whole hostel itself had great facilities and i would highly recommend staying here

Loved this place! Big kitchen with plenty of space and large spacious bathrooms. Rooms were quiet so I got plenty of R&R. Staff were friendly and chatty.
