You get a lot more than you pay for - excellent place to stay

I was unnecessarily charged booking fees although that has been taken when I made online booking. Hotel staff was not pleasant. Towel was not provided and hotel was very noisy. Not a good place to stay. I felt it was a rip off

The room was fine and was nice and clean. Couldn't get the shower to work ( The button changer was too stiff ) But I got a lovely hot bath. The food was excellent and served up very nicely . The staff were very helpful Would go again if we needed accommodation in Glasgow Agnes Gorman

The hostel was very clean and very nice. We staying in a 4 person private room with an ensuite and we loved that they provided us with towels. We only stayed one night and the lady that was on duty was incredibly rude and demanding. She was an older women and was not friendly or welcoming at all. Other than that we enjoyed our stay, it is about a 10 minute walk or so to the subway station and a 5-10 minute walk to The University of Glasgow which is gorgeous.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean. The room was familiar and big, enormous window and high ceiling. We liked the fact that we had a kettle, tea and coffee. But as a negative point, we wanted to kook in the kitchen and they only allowed us to use the microwave, don't know why yet...
