The place was really fantastic. It looked exactly like in the photos. Spacious and clean, it felt really homely. We stayed in the bigger room and there was only one more room on the same floor, so there wasn't any noise. I liked the small details such as adapters for UK fuses, small fridge with some milk. The owner was nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Would definitely recommend. Very clean and room was beautifully furnished. Entrance is in a back alley but is extremely clean and well lit and the owner was extremely help.

Initially confused as to how to access the rooms given that the patisserie downstairs was shut, a call to the owners got us in and once inside the room was lovely. The double is open-plan with a relaxed non-hotel/hostel feel. Very easy to hang about in. Also right opposite Kentish Town tube. The room was finished to a really high standard (my god, I sound like the bloke on that morning property programme) and the owner who showed us in was friendly and relaxed, and later unobtrusive. Nice.

Simply amazing and excellent value for money! Great location as it is central so its only a few stops from popular sites. The accommodation was fantastic with the deluxe room being very spacious and furnished superbly. The owner was very helpful which was great as she provided tips and directions to the surrounding area. Will definitely stay again in the near future. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

We very much liked our stay over the weekend. The location was really nice - there is a super market, several restaurants, bars and cafes in the very proximity of kentish rooms. The tube station is just around the corner and brings you directly to the city center within few minutes. However, the entrance to the room via backyard can be a little creepy, especially in the night. The owner was amazing! If you need a tip where to go to eat or what to-just ask her! We'll definitely stay there again.
