Location (fronting on to Kentish Town Road) noisy but excellent access to Tube, trains, buses, shops. Access to property (from the alley to the front door on first floor) very run down and poorly lit. Room itself very pleasant - spacious and comfortable. Staff welcoming and helpful. I found the property to be over-priced given the above comments.

Nice room and spacious enough to stay for some nights. No breakfast, but tea & coffee making facilities and good cafés & bakery just around the corner on high street. Two minutes to tube is fantastic, and now we know how it looks behind the main road. Very nice area to sit outside all night, weather permitting! Good shopping facilities until 11 pm very close. The host Livia was very kind and helpful with any advice, although we didn't see her again after checking in, but lives one floor up.

We very much enjoyed staying at the 'Kentish Rooms', the rooms were clean, nice and felt homely (shower in the twins room is basic, but does the job); perfect location (tube and bus stations across the street, walking distance from the Forum and Camden town, where we went out); plenty of places to go to for coffee, evening drinks or food. The only thing really missing if you rent the 2 rooms for a group: there is no fridge... Would definitely recommend it, though.
