The entrance was in a back street, slightly dodgy. Sound isolation was very poor, can hear people walking up and downstairs. The bedsheet was not clean, had lipstick on it. There is a firealarm on the ceiling that just keep beeping every 10 mins, which is very annoying.

It's a very small room and unfortunately it was very very cold in the mornings. Luckly we had heater under our beds so we had a good temperature in the night. Tolli serves very good coffee! In front of the entrance we found something that looked like a biotope, but probably it was just a terrace under water. The location is very near to everything! We prefered to take the tube, because it's faster than the bus. If I will ever go to London again, I will go back to Kentish's Room.

An absolute delight! We were welcomed very warmly by the lovely young couple who run the adorable Guesthouse in the heart of London. The location was ideal, minutes away from the centre by public transport right outside our door. We occupied all three rooms, which were pristine and amply equipped with very thoughtful essentials. Highly recommended and will be returning on our next trip to London. Only downside was the visit was too short & poor weather! A true home away from home. Thank You xx

I´ve stayed at Kentish rooms before and they are nice and the room is amazing so that is why I came back and it was just as good this time.

They should have a normal reception and not make you go to a bakery and wait there for them to come. When you arrive to the building the entrances it's very dirty and disorganized, we were a bit scared. Although once inside the room everything was very nice. The room had a mini fridge, tea and coffee. The heating doesn't work very well but the beds have got electric blankets so that kept us warm. The only thing is that in the bathroom there were bits that other people left (toothpaste, champoo..)
