Kerana Hostel is the best located in the city center, just 3 minutes walking from the bus station, 3 minutes from the beautiful river beach, just 100 steps from the Cathedral, near from supermarket, farmacy, bars, restaurants.. all to do in the city just 5 minutes walking.
Guests can enjoy Internet access, plasma-screen TV and breakfast of fruits, tea, coffee, yogurt, cereal, milk, toast and the delicious 'dulce de leche', all this for FREE!
We introduce spanish classes every day from monday to friday all included in the price! and also for wintter we serve 'mate cocido con chipa´i kuerito' (paraguayan tea with paraguayan cake) every cold day at 'merienda' time! (at 5pm).
Every friday is Our traditional 'choripanes and caipirinha', everybody who stayed in KERANA love it!
Our staff will give you a warm and friendly welcome and will help you to make your stay in Encarnacion more enjoyable.

Kerana hostel is still the nicest hostel we've stayed in. We have highly recommended it to other travelers we have met along the way. The location is excellent, the area very safe, the value for money is excellent, the staff are wonderful, the hostel is spotless and very comfortable. it has the nicest kitchen too!! Can't recommend highly enough. Only planned to stay one night, we ended up staying 4 nights.
