Not a hostel...its a cheap hotel. A lot of rooms...and honestly I did not see one other guest. Room was ok, but could have been cleaned better...especially the bed linen. To sum it up...ok for a night.

We stayed only one night at this hostel. We arrived late and left early. The only thing to say about the room was that the bathroom was not very clean and the toilet did not flush. I was quite glad we were not staying longer. The one staff member we dealt with seemed ok if not a bit indifferent.

When we arrived, the walls were recently painted... but the TV didn't work in one room, the AC in another, the toilets in the last one (!). Hopefully, the staff was very nice, changed the rooms and offered 30 mn more in the new jacuzzi ! The location is very practical (next to the corniche and the souk), the rooftop is peaceful and the breakfast good, but the rooms and bathrooms are clearly basical. A correct place to stay for a couple of days ; I can't compare with other places in Aswan.

I liked the location of the Hotel as it was easy to get to everything in the city centre, which was just right for my needs. The room was basic, simple and clean. Staff helpful and friendly, and the lovely roof terrace for breakfast is a charming and lovely way to ease you into the morning.

A transfer from the railway station would be a welcome offer especially since foreigners are hassled by exorbitant rates from local drivers.

Brilliant hotel, I will always come back here, say hello to the owner, who told me his daughter is Dutch and also he has lived in Holland. Very nice to talk to him.

This was an ok hotel for our time in luxor. A bit tired i thought...certainly not up to some of the earlier reviews. i was disappointed in it...but the location is excellent and my children enjoyed the pool.

The roof terrace where we had breakfast was in need of a good clean, the covers for the seats were very dirty and the loungers had not been cleaned for a long time, I know this is a backpackers hotel and is very basic but should be clean.

My only complaint would be charging per 15 minutes for the hot tub - you can't really relax in it that way. If it cannot be free for guests to use I would suggest a single charge for unlimited use. Also, the cheaper 80 pound rooms were not available to book through hostel world. Other than that I really liked your hotel, found the tours and staff excellent :)

A really friendly hotel, well-situated for access to souk, station, ferries etc of Aswan. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean (including a/c and fridge) and the roof terrace is a lovely place to have breakfast. Laundry service is excellent too.

Great place to stay. They organise trips for you to sights such as Philae and Abu Simbel. Wi-Fi is in the lobby.

Room was too small (it was with no doubt a room for 2 fitted to host 3 people). Too much noise from the street during nightime. WiFi connection very slow.

Good location and price, with friendly and helpful staff. Roof terrace and the decent breakfast up there would be great in warmer months (we were there in late Dec).

We had a lovely stay with the Keylany and its staff. They were very helpful with all that we asked them to do. Meals were lovely. Deb and Dean Clark
