I dont expect any service from Youth or B&B indeed but I have to say here is the WORST Youth Hostel I have never tried before. The staff there is not friendly at all and looks sleepy and unfocused when asking them questions and you can only see their smile when they check their phone or chat with their collegague.Would you imagine it took nearly 25 mins for checking in a room but you never know what they were busy for ? And the facilities are... well..just a place for a nap but not sleep!

It would be great if there was wifi in the rooms or at least the lobby.

The staff was AWSOME very helpful, friendly, and a ton of fun! This hostel is situated just down the street from kings cross st pancras station, you can get to anywhere in London from there quite quickly. And great breakfast. Loved keystone

I loved the fact that there was bacon included in the free breakfast; the rooms are always very clean; the only two things wanting were a stove in the kitchen, and better heating in the rooms.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay here in March 2013. The room was lovely and on the second floor (a little hard to maneuver a suitcase up narrow stairs). The staff were generally helpful, though some seemed less warm than others, but when we had an issue with our hot water, they were quick to help rectify it. A very pleasant experience.

My first time in a hostel, and it was a very pleasant experience. Our 6 person mixed-dorm was very comfortable that made me feel not only secure, but also very comfortable. The bar inside the hostel has a great vibe, drinks are moderately priced well..Most importantly, location is great. St. Pancras/Euston are literally right by the hostel, so getting to anywhere in London is not an issue. Will definitely come back here again!

Keystone was fantastic. Great security, super comfy beds, great pressure and temperature in the showers. The roof top terrace is a great addition. Will definitely be staying here next time in London

Stayed in the triple room, had a double bed and a single. This isn't a triple room ? Staff took a very long time, to check us in. Upgraded to the deluxe room, was OK. hostel clean, and bathrooms very good.

the sheets in our room were dirty and the wifi in the bar did not work, which was both quite annoying. Also, the bathroom facilities weren't very good, especially the showers, of which only few were seperated by a shower curtain, plus the very tiny basins were very unpractical (you could hardly wash your hands in them). The location is great and the staff was friendly and helpful though.

VERY VERY EXPENSIVE, narrow room without window (we didn't know it when we booked and couldn't imagine it was possible), no chair, no table, no bed lights, no "lavabo" in the room, no free access to Internet (it was written that it was possible but we had to pay 3 pounds for an hour if we wanted this access), no isolation from the noise coming from the other room (we could hear the voices very loudly), the tables were never cleaned for breakfast (!!!): they were durty since the day before...
