My first time in a hostel, and it was a very pleasant experience. Our 6 person mixed-dorm was very comfortable that made me feel not only secure, but also very comfortable. The bar inside the hostel has a great vibe, drinks are moderately priced well..Most importantly, location is great. St. Pancras/Euston are literally right by the hostel, so getting to anywhere in London is not an issue. Will definitely come back here again!

Keystone was fantastic. Great security, super comfy beds, great pressure and temperature in the showers. The roof top terrace is a great addition. Will definitely be staying here next time in London

Stayed in the triple room, had a double bed and a single. This isn't a triple room ? Staff took a very long time, to check us in. Upgraded to the deluxe room, was OK. hostel clean, and bathrooms very good.

the sheets in our room were dirty and the wifi in the bar did not work, which was both quite annoying. Also, the bathroom facilities weren't very good, especially the showers, of which only few were seperated by a shower curtain, plus the very tiny basins were very unpractical (you could hardly wash your hands in them). The location is great and the staff was friendly and helpful though.

VERY VERY EXPENSIVE, narrow room without window (we didn't know it when we booked and couldn't imagine it was possible), no chair, no table, no bed lights, no "lavabo" in the room, no free access to Internet (it was written that it was possible but we had to pay 3 pounds for an hour if we wanted this access), no isolation from the noise coming from the other room (we could hear the voices very loudly), the tables were never cleaned for breakfast (!!!): they were durty since the day before...

We booked a deluxe room for the en suite, which turned out to be a mistake. The room was minute, advertised as a three bed room but turned out to be a double and a single in a bunk bed. The en-suite was not very clean, the shower sprayed half its jets over the top of the screen and the rest dribbled down. The drain smelt horrendous, an issue we raised with staff, who said they would come and look at it, but this never happened. As a result, our room stank. Overall, a disappointing trip.

Good hostel, secure and clean. Nice staff, helpfull. 2 person rooms have no window, table, chair or whatsoever. Also, the hostel doesn't have a kitchen to make your own food.

The location is great, the breakfast is good. Rooms are tiny, you are lucky if you find a shower that works (they are either cold, boiling, or stopping during 2 minutes when you have shampoo all over your head). Wi-fi is 5 pound a day, or free at the bar if you buy a drink.

The world's thinnest but full height lockers! Other than that, great place, dirt cheap for a really convenient location.

in the private rooms in the underground there are no windows or light canals. not so charming and the horror for every claustrophobic. all very small and low budget also in the interior.

It was great! Clean facilities, real sheets, and a free breakfast-- all good. It was annoying having to pay for internet, though.

Keystone's is in an excellent location right next to King's Cross, easy access to basically anywhere in London and just about walking distance from Camden or Soho (if the weather is pleasant). It is very clinical and brightly lit, so while it feels clean, it has no atmosphere or character, either. The morning breakfast is perfectly fine. My only complaint is that I had booked a room for 3 persons and on arrival one of the beds turned out to be a double, so two lads had to share a bed..

Good location, clean, and safe, but it feels kind of sterile as a hostel. The "backpackers bar" owned by the hostel was kind of empty and the bartender/front desk guy was impatient with foreigners whose English wasn't great. If your traveling with friends and don't value the hostel-as-a-community venue, then this place is good, but it was hard to meet people.

I have a good experience about this hostel Staff is very friendly Location is good that Eurostar from here just btw5~10min. just room is small and bathroom is uncomfortable water little bit cold so I couldn't take shower but I was happy stay there.

I have any complains about the facilities or the staff, but I think a hostel like that should offer free wifi to their clients. All the rest was ok!
