My first time in a hostel, and it was a very pleasant experience. Our 6 person mixed-dorm was very comfortable that made me feel not only secure, but also very comfortable. The bar inside the hostel has a great vibe, drinks are moderately priced well..Most importantly, location is great. St. Pancras/Euston are literally right by the hostel, so getting to anywhere in London is not an issue. Will definitely come back here again!

Keystone was fantastic. Great security, super comfy beds, great pressure and temperature in the showers. The roof top terrace is a great addition. Will definitely be staying here next time in London

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. We put double glaceing on windows to reduce the noise levels. If that still doesn't work, come down to reception we'll give you some earplugs ;)

Stayed in the triple room, had a double bed and a single. This isn't a triple room ? Staff took a very long time, to check us in. Upgraded to the deluxe room, was OK. hostel clean, and bathrooms very good.

Hi there, Firstly I'd like to thank you for your feedback. Most of our triple rooms have a single and a double bed like the one you stayed in, which is specified when making the booking as well. However I am pleased our staff found a solution in a complimentary upgrade that made your stay enjoyable. I hope you come and stay with us at your next visit to London. Nika

the sheets in our room were dirty and the wifi in the bar did not work, which was both quite annoying. Also, the bathroom facilities weren't very good, especially the showers, of which only few were seperated by a shower curtain, plus the very tiny basins were very unpractical (you could hardly wash your hands in them). The location is great and the staff was friendly and helpful though.

Hi there, Thanks for your feedback. I can assure you the bedsheets were clean and have been changed, but in case of any doubt we're happy to give fresh linen at reception. You forgot to mention that all showers are individual cubicles that can be locked and closed. It's unfortunate the internet in the bar didn't work, you could try the Global Gossip we offer all over the hostel if necessary. I'm happy you liked our great location and helpful staff :) I hope to see you again!

VERY VERY EXPENSIVE, narrow room without window (we didn't know it when we booked and couldn't imagine it was possible), no chair, no table, no bed lights, no "lavabo" in the room, no free access to Internet (it was written that it was possible but we had to pay 3 pounds for an hour if we wanted this access), no isolation from the noise coming from the other room (we could hear the voices very loudly), the tables were never cleaned for breakfast (!!!): they were durty since the day before...

Hi there, The inner cabin rooms have no windows, which is written and pointed out in hostel's description on Hostelworld. Since you've had 2 separate bookings, one for inner cabin room and one for the room with windows it would be beneficial for our future guests to know how you enjoyed the other type of room. I see you were paying £20/£25 per person per night which is a reasonable price for staying in such prime location like King's Cross/St Pancras. If you were expecting hotel standard I must remind you that we are a hostel, and a great one that is! Thank you very much for your feedback.

We booked a deluxe room for the en suite, which turned out to be a mistake. The room was minute, advertised as a three bed room but turned out to be a double and a single in a bunk bed. The en-suite was not very clean, the shower sprayed half its jets over the top of the screen and the rest dribbled down. The drain smelt horrendous, an issue we raised with staff, who said they would come and look at it, but this never happened. As a result, our room stank. Overall, a disappointing trip.

Hi there, Thank you for leaving your feedback. The room is advertised as three bed room due to Hostelworld's settings, but has clear explanation when you hoover your mouse upon the room type on Hostelworld. As for the smell we have investigated and corrected the issue since. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused. All the best, Nika

Good hostel, secure and clean. Nice staff, helpfull. 2 person rooms have no window, table, chair or whatsoever. Also, the hostel doesn't have a kitchen to make your own food.

Hi there, Thanks for your feedback. Some twin rooms have windows, it depends what type of room you book - they are slightly more expensive. As for the kitchen, there's a small one on the top floor with microwave, kettle and toaster open all the time and accessible to everybody. You'll know for next time :)

The location is great, the breakfast is good. Rooms are tiny, you are lucky if you find a shower that works (they are either cold, boiling, or stopping during 2 minutes when you have shampoo all over your head). Wi-fi is 5 pound a day, or free at the bar if you buy a drink.

Hi there, Thanks for leaving your feedback. Showers are indeed timed so the water is not kept open. However once stopped they can be re-started straight away so washing your shampoo off shouldn't have been too much of a problem ;) I hope you enjoyed our bar!

The world's thinnest but full height lockers! Other than that, great place, dirt cheap for a really convenient location.

Hi there, Thanks for leaving your feedback. The underground rooms are indeed quite small, maybe you should try one of our rooms upstairs. They're slightly pricier (not always!), but for a reason. All the best!

It was great! Clean facilities, real sheets, and a free breakfast-- all good. It was annoying having to pay for internet, though.

Keystone's is in an excellent location right next to King's Cross, easy access to basically anywhere in London and just about walking distance from Camden or Soho (if the weather is pleasant). It is very clinical and brightly lit, so while it feels clean, it has no atmosphere or character, either. The morning breakfast is perfectly fine. My only complaint is that I had booked a room for 3 persons and on arrival one of the beds turned out to be a double, so two lads had to share a bed..

Hi there, Keystone indeed has a great central location and is easily accessible from anywhere in London or UK. It's always great to get good quality feedback like yours especially in regards to the character. We put a new sofa in the TV area to make guest's feel more homely ;) As for the triple room, I suggest next time you call to/when you book so we can allocate the room that has 3 single bed. Of course it's subject to availability.

Good location, clean, and safe, but it feels kind of sterile as a hostel. The "backpackers bar" owned by the hostel was kind of empty and the bartender/front desk guy was impatient with foreigners whose English wasn't great. If your traveling with friends and don't value the hostel-as-a-community venue, then this place is good, but it was hard to meet people.

I have a good experience about this hostel Staff is very friendly Location is good that Eurostar from here just btw5~10min. just room is small and bathroom is uncomfortable water little bit cold so I couldn't take shower but I was happy stay there.

Hi there, Thanks for taking the time leaving feedback. The heating is regulated in each room individually via the A/C, besides that we have spare heaters to lend at reception. London was indeed very cold this winter! All the best!

I have any complains about the facilities or the staff, but I think a hostel like that should offer free wifi to their clients. All the rest was ok!
