We was here 4 nights. No nothing bad say that hostel but our room was little bit boring. We know that there is no window in room but maybe some nice painting or decoration in rooms would be nice. Metro trains keep little bit some noise. Breakfast was ok becouse it was free, still miss some cheese and vegetables and also more fruits.

Do not be deceived by the pretty pictures this hostel posts of its private rooms. Those pictures are of the very best rooms in the hostel, not representative of all rooms. We booked a "Deluxe" room and were shown into a tiny room with only a bunk bed and two lockers. When we complained, we were quoted a ridiculously high price for the nicer rooms. Also, walls are paper thin, washroom facilities are inconvenient, and you have to pay for towels, internet, and left luggage. Breakfast is mediocre.

Keystone House Kings Cross is all about its excellent location. Located in central London, it's in the heart of the city. A two-minute walk from the Kings Cross Station and Kings Cross St Pancras Underground station, this zone-1 accommodation is well connected even by bus routes. The staff is friendly, but can't offer much advice on seeing the city. Facilities like wi-fi and access to the bar/common areas are very limited and unfulfilling. But as a base, it's the best place you could stay in.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful and the location was great being so close to train stations and tubes. Considering the cost of accommodation I would have expected Wifi to be included which it was not. The facilities were quite small but given the time period of the building it does make some sense although improvements could be made. We had water stains on most walls and stains on some of the bedding which was quite unpleasant. Not sure that I would stay here again.

I'd stay here anytime again! Nice, big room and perfectly located at the center of London. The staff could've been a little bit more active and helping though. But overall it was a good stay! Even the breakfast was top-notch for a hostel!

The staff is superbe! Very polite, patiente and finding solutions for situations you like to be better. We where hosted in a room just painted...which could be better. The staff changed and changed us untill we had a good bed in a room we felt comfortable and safe in... I like the small details in the hostel: like the writings on the wall to help you find your way. Very good beds and very cosy sheets! A place to recommend.

The hostel was extremely well located for trips to Paris and Disney Paris via the Eurostar. Staff were very helpful and curtious. Spotlessly clean and bunks very comfortable. Adequate facilities and overalll great value for money. Unfortunately my friends and I were not able to try the breakfast as were were due to catch the Eurostar at 8.54am and breakfast started at 8am My only complaint is that were were not even able to have a pre packed breakfast considering we paid the full rate for both.

When we arrived it took us a very long time To. Check in and were standing with our packs on for a long time . We were finally given a room on the 5th floor with no. Elevator there were no comforts in the room, there were no chairs , hooks or shelves . The lockers in the room were long and thin and were not suitable for travellers . There were no toilets on this level or sink in the room and we had to go to the 2nd floor to use the barhroom. The laundry facilities down in the basement were great

I was there for a night which was fine as I needed to catch a train early the next morning so it was great and easy for that, but because it's straight in the middle of a busy area, so I wouldn't use if for long stays due to the noise but for short stays it is is a great location.

The hotel is in very good location. The room was small, but we reserve with private toilet. (It smelled a little sick) The shower was very difficult because it wasn't a Jet, it flogged everything except the body. Lavatory very small and difficult to wash your face because it clogs the SOAP dispenser. The breakfast was the worst thing that had been in the hotel. For breakfast cereals, you were doing them with cold milk, or put hot water.

The staff were great, general cleanliness was good with only the mould on the bathroom roof letting it down. Facilities were good but a little more storage/bigger lockers would have been nice. Bar and eating area were excellent and could not be faulted. Breakfast was edible and good for the price paid. All round, a good hostel.

The location of this hostel is the best. It is only 2 minutes walk from Kings cross station. The staff is very friendly and accommodative, they are also very knowledgeable, being my first time in London they helped me with where to go, eat and sightseeing . The place has a great atmosphere and is very clean and save. I warmly suggest you to stay here

Everything was great. Showers were hot, clean rooms, good location, great and helpful staff, but not very social atmosphere (unless I'm missing something). No free wifi.

Overall a got price/service rate! Location is amazing and the hostel was a lot cleaner than expected. Yes it did smell a little strange in some hallways but that was endurable. Breakfast was ok, there was enough choice. Comfy beds. You haove to pay for the computers and the WIFI-access... Poor performance since you get free wifi in a mall these days. All in all we were reallz pleased and would come back.
