Booked a stay at Khaosan Inn, but my reservation was booked. The guy on reception was very helpful and apologetic and arranged alternative accommodation within five minutes at another hostel just two minutes walk away. The location is great in Hyehwa and only six stops on the subway from Seoul Station.

When I arrived, the staff didn't say the door code! If the first night, I went to toilet, I slept at toilet too.

The staff are extremely helpful and accomadating, the beds are comfy and most importantly, it's a great place to meet fellow backpackers. The common room is a great place to meet people to go sightseeing or partying with. Excellent choice for solo travelers and groups alike!

If you\'re looking for the good location, friendly staff, and cute cat, this is the right place to stay. But cleanliness for sure is not the main point of this hostel.

When I arrived, no one was there! Although I had a booking! Had to wait an hour for someone to show up! The hostel is in a cellar where you can smell the fungus growing!

Mr sea was very kind =) He let us stay in a bigger room then what was booked. He is helpful and nice. The location of the hostel is not too bad. Its just about 5min walk from the subway of hyehwa. In addition, location is very near to the airport bus stop. Surrounding, there are cafes, street food, restaurant, supermarket, etc. Great place to stay in.

The location is perfect. The staff (Mr. Sea and another staff) are always willing to help. We found the ventilation of the room pretty poor, but Mr. Sea immediately prepared us for another room. They are always caring. Just a tiny thing needs to be improved is that there\'s only one toliet in the guest house. It\'s a bit inconvienient.

Definite place for backpackers. easy to go anywhere in seoul, many good restaurants around, funny staff. you'd ask to a staff how to eat Korean barbecue it must be fun. good place for both holiday and fun.
