This is a nice hostel, well located and the staff are very nice, helpful and speak very good English. The Indian food downstairs is really nice and quite cheap. There is only one issue, DO NOT stay in a room without A/C in the summer. I did and ended up suffering from fairly serious dehydration. Pay the extra and get an A/C room or stay in the dorms.

Very dirty, didn't even want to sleep on the bed, I used a sleeping bag. The room was similar to a prison cell, no windows and tiny, no aircon just a small fan so was very hot all the time. Booked a double room but were given two singles, this was okay for us as friends but unusual! Good thing was right off of Khao San Road so good location.

Rooms not so clean, but the staff was really friendly and gave all the support we needed. Excellent location on Khaosan Road, close to all the restaurants, pubs and shops we were looking for in Bangkok.

Don't expect comfort. Really small and hot room. But worth the price. Great location if you want to stay in the middle of the "mess" of Khaosan Rd. Bars, clubs, and all the excentricities that Thaland can offer you 5 min from the Hostel. All tourism agencies where you can easily buy your bus/train ticket for your next destination in Thailand just beside the Hostel.

I was visiting the Khoasan road for one night and this hostel gave me what I was looking for! Great location just accross the road from where the madness and Mayhem unfolds. Would reccomend.

If you are looking for crowded, dirty rooms with no windows and no lockers and disgusting bathrooms - that's your place!

Cheap and dirty. I didn't mind being there for one night but it was difficult to sleep with all the noise. Really great location and price though... if you need a cheap place to stay this is your place but be preapred for a dirty hole in the wall. Also don't be afraid to ask the staff to clean up your room and chnage your sheets.

Came back as it is such an easy hostel to stay at, cheap, right by Khao San, just what i needed.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. There is staff 24/7 so they were always there to offer advice. The room wasn't the greatest but you pay what you get. It's really close to Khao San Road so there's loads to do in the area. It was fine for a night's stop in Bangkok.

Stayed in a single deluxe room. Room had no window, it was very moisty, AC produced only stench and probably bacteria. Sheets were clean, but bed was so firm, i was like sleeping on the floor. Bathroom quite small and bad. It was VERY loud during the night from the bar across the road even though room didn't have a window. the Staff was friendly but too helpful. Food in the restaurant is excellent. Bottom line, eat here, stay somewhere else

The staff is really pleasant and the location is perfect near khaosan road. The room was small and not really new but still clean and confortable.

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The rooms were also not very kept up or clean. They are inexpensive and so you do get what you pay for. The location is good and the staff were helpful. The restaurant did serve good food as well.

The location is great. just it's too noisy to sleep at night. everyday someone starts to sing veeeeery loud from 10pm until 4am, can hear clearly in every room. except for this, it's a good hostel.

Me and 4 friends (aged 25-30) stayed here for 2 nights after we arrived in Bangkok. Good points- Round the corner from kho San road (backpacker heaven) - dont forget to explore other areas of Bangkok too Bad points- "cell like" rooms, four graffiti walls 2 single hard beds "wet room" aka shower over toilet, no space, blocked plug so constantly flooded Dirty bathrooms Across the road from nightclub therefore quite noisy Avoid this place unless all you want is a skanky bed for the night!!

I've stayed here 5 times now and just recently for about two weeks. I stay here because the location is perfect for where I want to be while in Bangkok (just off Khaosan Road) and the excellent and helpful staff. The beds are probably the hardest I have ever come by, the location is quite load and at least in the dorm rooms they only turn on the air conditioning from midnight until 6am. Waking up hot and sticky is always fun....You get what you pay for.

It's what you pay for, it's not good and not bad, if one stays in places like this it's then easyier to appreciate other places . Every place has a purpose.
