no one of the staff help you taking your luggage to the 4th floor and the public facilities like hot water for showering and kitchen facilities like microwave in 4th floor turn off near midnight till morning so you must go to the ground floor.

The best thing about this hostel is that they have cabin beds, which gives a lot of privacy for the price. However, by Japanese standards, this place is really dirty. The blankets smell , the toilets aren't clean, and the showers are moldy. the kitchen and the common room, which is shared by all, are too small for the number of people staying at the place.

The staff was very helpful and social. The whole atmosphere at the hostel was friendly and I met a lot of great people. Thank you very much for my stay there, I will definitely recommend the hostel to my friends.

I chose this hostel because it has very good location and clean. also near asakusa and kuramae station. I had used kuramae station. because it can easily go to shinjuku or sibuya area.

It was awesome! I had nothing to complain about! The heater didn't work, but that was fixed quickly by hostel staff.

Staff were wonderfully helpful, with great advice and directions. They answered any questions (however random) I had and even looked things up when needed. Loved that they gave out excellent maps as well as info on how to get popular places in Tokyo most efficiently and/or cheaply. Great access to free wifi and public computers. Having to shower downstairs in the common room was a bit annoying, but not terrible and the great people I met and helpfulness of the staff more than made up for it.

Great atmosphere and super helpful staff, but the place felt a little crowded and dorms were very cramped.

This place has everything, classes in the evening (eg. Caligraphy) if you want to get involved, massive lounge and kitchen facility. Many a vibrant character staying there should you wish to go out and decent location to station and Goin city centre for Geisha spotting. Staff very helpful

I really enjoyed staying here. It was super cheap but also safe and clean, which was exactly what I was looking for. It wasn't clear when I made the reservation that if I needed to check out early there is actually a fee, so I was surprised to hear that when I checked in, but it was okay. Also, while some of the rooms are split by gender, the bathrooms are shared, which might be a problem for some people, but again for me that was fine.

The soundproof of rooms were very poor. I heard people from the next room talking like they were just beside my bed. Hairdryer was only available in the 1st floor and we could only use it there, it was so inconvenient especially for the residents staying on the 4th floor.

For some reason, every night I stayed here (5), there was a different group of people (traveling as a group) who came in late (after midnight), unpacked all of their bags, banged into things, spoke to each other (loudly), and then packed everything up a few hours later (around 5am), made a lot of noise, turned on the lights, and basically just treated the 8 person room as their private suite. EVERY NIGHT. You get what you pay for, I suppose. I won't be going back.

Positives: The hostel has good staff and information on offer in a good location. Negatives: I normally don't care about a hostel's appearance, but this hostel looks like it's been stuck together with bits and pieces from a junk pile. It wouldn't matter except there are wires hanging down in the bathroom, and instead of fixing faulty power points they put signs on them to say 'don't touch'. Our room smelt of damp. The mattresses were very uncomfortable. Very expensive for the poor quality.

No elevator or luggage lift was a downside. Also very few outlets available in the bunk beds. They also assign bunk beds when I prefer to pick my own. Place had great atmosphere, very friendly met lots of great people...area around the hostel is amazing...although the bathrooms did have seat warmers i couldnt use at all
