Nice Stay! Nice ambiance! All you need is there! Bed and pillow are a bit hard but for the price how's one can complain! WiFi works but may disconnect times to times

positive: extremely friendly staff, location is not Sinjuku or Shibuya but OK, very clean, 24h shop nearby, close to the metro, warm rooms negative: the poor WiFi, especially in the evenings during the week, was ok in the weekends when everybody was apparently outside; extremely small lockers

Everything you need in a hostel: efficient staff, clean facilities, wifi, hot showers, etc... Definitely my preferred choice when I stay in Tokyo.

The capsule dorms were a lot more spacious than anticipated, plenty of room for belongings if you do not want to part with them and ultimate privacy. Satisfactory wifi and enough restroom facilities available during my stay. Washer for laundry is on rooftop with no dryer which made a december stay difficult for cleaning clothes. Staff was helpful and prompt. Went on a bus tour and chose to book the rest of my stay in tokyo here. Good location across the river from many temples and a market.

Wasnt a terrible hostel, but a big difference in the Kyoto branch vs this one. Had some nice valued rooms - had to book different ones each night I stayed as the hostel was pretty booked. Was in a decent enough location for a brief walk to the train station.

I really enjoyed this hostel. It is in the Asakusa region of Tokyo so it is about 20 min train ride from central Tokyo. The area is still great and there are plenty of things to see and do . The price was much lower here than others but the facilities are still nice. I really felt at home at this hostel. The community was nice and the staff were great.

I really enjoyed this place. It had a very homey feeling. The common room was very nice with living room, kitchen and free computers. Beds weren't the most comfortable but everything was nice. I would recommend this place and would stay again. It's a bit outside of the center of Tokyo but still in a nice area of Asakusa which has a lot of stuff to see. All areas of Tokyo are easily reached by metro.

Some backpacker keep making noise till 2:30am ! There is a "common area" in 4/F floor. However, there is no space at all. we cannot go back to our room if there is someone sitting there.getting hit when we using the basin. shower was Out of order on my floor. Worst of all, a guy walking out from his room without pants!!! For the problem of the hostel, there should be a shower on 4/F floor. However it was out of order. We need to go out to have shower.

Nice atmosphere and excellent staff. However the beds were quite uncomfortable (you could feel the metal railing through the mattress) and the shower was broken on our floor (4th) so we had to go to the ground level to shower. The bag holders were also too small for a regular pack/suitcase and there was nowhere else to put your luggage other than on your bed
