This is a fantastic hostel! We stayed in a four person private room - the en-suite bathrooms are great. We loved the whole atmosphere of the place especially the front area and "living room". We were supposed to move to a hotel but decided we liked the hostel better and stayed there instead. The staff is so nice and helpful and seemed to really know the local scene and where to go - way more knowledgeable than a typical hotel concierge. The other guests staying at the hostel were very low-key

Clean place, near the subway station. But subway stations do not have a lift for heavy luggages.

My stay in Kabuki hostel was so great!! Its really nice how the staff introduce the guests for each other. This simple thing get easier for us to know and interact with the people! And all the facilities make the hostel very comfortable (ensuit toilet, kitchen, computers etc). I really recomend this hostel!!

We were here from 13th to 14th May, then later on from 18th to 19th. Very friendly host, very efficient admin. Information on recommended restaurants nearby were something we did not expect. Staff who was here overnight is very friendly as well. Will definitely recommend Khaosan Kabuki to anyone coming to Tokyo for a holiday.

Wonderful location in Asakusa and friendly, helpful staff. Room layout is somewhat strange, with sink, shower, and toilet rooms in the foyer (entrance area) of each dorm room. Not bad, just a little cramped, even for Tokyo. Great living room area makes it easy to meet other travelers.

The staff are absolutely amazing, they were so helpful with everything that we asked. They not only advised us with things to do, but also were really fun to talk to. We had a lot of fun thanks to them. It made the atmosphere of the hostel very friendly and welcoming. It's very clean, the facilities were great, and so worth the price. The only thing that could be better is that Asakusa doesn't have a JR station so those that get JR Passes can either pay the fee or walk the short walk to Ueno.

I stayed in 3 Khoasan hostel in Japan ,, For me ,, This place is more better than other Khoasan hostel ,, maybe it's a new one .. and this place is nearest sensoji temple ,,, staff is good ,, if you feel confused to choose where do you want to stay in Khoasan hostel ,, Choose Kabuki first!

Probably the best hostel I ever stayed at (of 30+ counting). Directly next to Kaminari-mon, 3 minutes from Ginza subway line in Asakusa. Huge rooms (stayed in 4bed-dorm), all was eally clean. Well equipeed common room + kitchen. Most importantly: Each staff member alone would earn the 5 stars, with their combined efforts they deserve much more. Kana&Aska: Two thumbs up! I heve never seen other hostel staff cacse so much for their guests. Slightly more expensive then the rest but well worth it!

We stayed one night at kabuki and it was excellent!! The room was clean (private room for 3) and had free Wi-Fi. Everything was new and it didn't smell bad (I stayed in one hostel in Kyoto and the blankets smelled really bad). The people there are nice and always smiling, they even gave us a detailed Asakusa map!!! Anywaaay, I recommend khaosan kabuki!
