Love this place. Love the ninja theme it has going too! We stayed at the 10-person mixed dorm. It can be quite stuffy for some, but for us it was fine. They gave everyone lockers to keep some stuff too! 10mins walking distance from Akiba and a minutes walk to the Bakurocho train station, which was great! Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Awesome place. Front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. Located not far from the subway. The lounge is great. The beds are comfortable, and the whole place is cleaned every day.

It was a nice hostel with a good staff and location, but they were really bad at enforcing quiet hours.

One of my favorite hostels! Excellent service, staff, and facilities! Just minutes from the Asakusa line in an active but not overly loud neighborhood. I've been to Tokyo many times, but the staff always had new interesting suggestions for things to see and do. Will definitely stay here again when in town.

We are happy with our stay at the hostel but the windows in our room was very drafty. A quick fix of that would do a lot for the room,

3rd time staying here..I think? definitely one of the best places to stay when going to Tokyo. A good 10 minute walk from Akihabara station(help digest your food :P) or if your lazy stay on the chuo/sobu line for a short 2 min walk to the hostel. Staff are friendly and helpful, place is cleaned every day. Definitely recommend this place and will continue to stay here whenever I come to Tokyo!!!. Mata Ne Ninja, see you next time :D.

It was a nice stay however it had a very wired vibe when I arrived but the second night was very good Overall a good place to stay on the cheap however would have liked something a little more central to toyko

We had a wonderful stay! The dorms with the wooden rthat you can shut offered more privacy than traditional bunks, and (having stayed in Tokyo several times at different hostels) Khaosan Ninja has definitely been the best in terms of value for money and comfort.

Had a 8 night stay in Tokyo and really enjoyed my time at Ninja. It was recommended to me by a friend, and it didn't disappoint. The staff were friendly and helpful, the cabin bunk was roomy enough and surprisingly comfortable. The location is good for getting to and from the airport (though it is a hour-and-a-half trip, but little to no transfers), and conveniently near Akihabara and Asakusa. If I find myself in Tokyo again, I'll have Ninja in mind.

Great Place, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Holding our luggage up to 8pm day of check out too was a massive help to have a productive final day, felt very safe with locker and padlock for bed plus loads of space in the cabin capsules. Highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Tokyo

Had stayed at Khason Kabuki a couple years ago and it was booked this time around, so I opted for its sister hostel, Ninja. Not a bad place to stay, but much prefer Kabuki. Stayed in a twin private and there was just enough room for two suitcases between the bunk beds and wall. Had to shuffle things around each time one of us needed to get out of the room. The room was tiny, even by Japanese standards. But hostel was clean and convenient and the staff excellent. I'd consider staying here again.

I like coming back here when I need to catch an early train because of the common area, which is both pleasant and open 24H. I liked the dorm rooms, although I have spent a number of nights in the common room. Staff may change, but is friendly and helpful. Asakusabashi is alright, and Ninja is only a short walk from train and metro. I found the private twin room to be a little weary and we couldn't get the temperature in the room up to a decent level, but the price is reasonable for Japan.
