Friendly staff, clean rooms, and overall a great place to stay for the price. If I'm ever in Tokyo again, I will be back!

Laid-back hostel with a fun, homely atmosphere. Staff was excellent. Nice common room, ideal to meet people.

It was good. There were fine things like the free umbrellas and electric adaptors (with deposit). I think there are easy things that can improve ours hostel like more places to hang clothes, in showers or inside capsules. More ventilation in capsules will be fine. So is always possible to improve...

It's sometimes a bit warm indoors, but it's for a good cause. (Japan power conservation after Fukushima) Would've appreciated luggage store where bag is actually locked away from the other guests. All in all still rounds off to 100% :).

The wifi reception from room G was weak to no signal at times, perhaps you could rectify that. Overall it was a great place to stay.

It seemed relatively clean, but the large cockroaches that I found running around my room on two days, proves otherwise. If it hadn't been my second last and last night, I would've found somewhere else to stay.

My stay at Ninja was awesome, the Staff made me feel right at home. The location of the Hostel is close to almost everything, Food and transport are pretty much at your doorstep, The only thing location wise that is annoying is the Hostel is on the wrong side of town for night life so expect to do an all nighter if that is your thing. But I love this place and I will be back.

Very convenient location, near JR line and metro station and Akihabara. Very friendly atmosphere. Has everything you would expect from a hostel.

Clean, friendly staff, and good facilities. The only problem was the beds in the 'deluxe' dorm section are a bit noisy, i.e. every time someone turns in their bed, everyone can hear it.

Great Hostel. really nice spacious common room. Very close to JR and subway stations. The restaurants near the hostel were really good too. However, if you plan on sampling the nightlife I would recommend getting a place near the places that are known for nightlife. I didnt find any decent bars to get a beer late night near this hostel, and a taxi ride late night to an area like shibuya would cost over $100.
