+ We adhere to the check-in time since we would like to secure our cleaning time : 11:00 ~ 15:00.

==== KHAOSAN TOKYO CANCELLATION POLICY ====
* 50% CHARGE
50% of room fare shall be charged if you inform us 1 day prior to the accomodation date.
* 100% CHARGE
100% of room fare shall be charged if your cancelltion date is on the accomodation day.
+ Based on Reception business hour, 08:00 ~ 21:00 in Japan Standard Time.
* NO SHOW
If we could not confirm your arrival by 24:00 in the midnight, we consider the guest as NO SHOW CASE and we cancell the booking. Please note that we charge 100% for the first night and 50% for the second night in this case.
* DEPOSIT
The 10% deposit for any booking is non-refundable and non-replaceable in case of cancellation and booking arrangement.
* BOOKING ARRANGEMENT
If you would like to change your booking date, please inform us your amendment detail via E-mail. ( in your earliest convenience is preferable, at least 2 days before). Because of the fact that we basically arrange your booking in accordance with our cancellation policy.
================ REMARKS =================
* PAYMENT UPON ARRIVAL
Please complete your payment via Japanese YEN.
* CASH PAYMENT
We do not basically accept credit cards/debit cards, thus make sure to exchange some currency into Japanese YEN at the airport.
* AGE RESTRICTION
We are afraid that we could not accommodate children under 10 years old.
* REGARDING ALL FACILITIES
We are backpackers' hostel and all our facilities are shared basis. All the beds in our hostel are bunk beds.
