I stayed in Tokyo for few days, so I think Asakusa (although it is a great neighborhood and a lovely place to visit) was the best place to stay. It was quite far away from all other places of interest, so I spent a lot of time on the subway. The staff was not so engaged as at Khaosan Kyoto.

Our next stop was at the Khason Laboratory which is more modern

Location is okay as it is by SkyTree which has some cool shopping and restaurants. Also an easy walk to the metro lines. Staff were nice but not very helpful in recommendations, language barrier played into this a bit. Our room was really cold since it was on the first floor and we stayed in January. Overall, there's better places to stay in Tokyo

Overall, we had a decent stay. The bathrooms were great. Individual shower rooms plus plenty of sinks and separate toilet rooms. The kitchen was also very well equipped. We got a private room with two single beds. It was a bunk bed, which would have been fine, but the beds were as hard as concrete. I woke up with a headache almost every morning and neck pain. Only one of the pillows was serviceable. But the aircon worked well, and no other problems.

The room was a little stuffy (not well ventilated) but the blankets and pillows are clean. The walls are a little too thin as I could hear party musics coming from next door at 1 in the morning. Friendly staffs

The location might be good but it’s not so easy to find the first time. Need to read the instruction on the direction before arrival. The internet speed is not so good (slow) in certain rooms.

We had a great time staying at Khaosan, the staff were friendly, which makes a big difference. The place was also clean and the kitchen was comfortable to use.
