* 50% CHARGE
50% of room rate shall be charged if you inform us 1 day prior to the accommodation date.
* 100% CHARGE
100% of room rate shall be charged if your cancellation date is on the accommodation day.
+ Based on Reception business hour, 08:00 - 21:00 in Japan Standard Time.
* NO SHOW
If we could not confirm your arrival by 1:00 in the midnight, we consider the guest as NO SHOW CASE and we cancel the booking. Please note that we charge 100% for the first night and 50% for the second night in this case.
* DEPOSIT
The 10% deposit for any booking is non-refundable and non-replaceable in case of cancellation and booking arrangement.
* BOOKING ARRANGEMENT
If you would like to change your accommodation date, please inform us your amendment detail via e-mail at your earliest convenience (at least 2 days before). Because of the fact that we basically arrange your booking in accordance with our cancellation policy.
* GROUP BOOKING (OVER 8 PEOPLE)
Room fare for first 2 nights will be charged right after group booking is confirmed. That is non-refundable or non-replaceable in any event of Cancellation / Booking Arrangement / No Show / Reduction in Numbers of Guests.

We do not basically accept credit cards/debit cards, thus make sure to exchange some currency into Japanese YEN in advance.
* DORM ROOMS
When you book 2 or more dorm beds, we cannot guarantee that your entire group can be in the same dorm room. Please book private room(s) if you wish to secure that everyone in your group is going to be in the same room.
* AGE RESTRICTION
We are afraid that we could not accommodate children under 10 years old.
* REGARDING ALL FACILITIES
We are backpackers' hostel and all our facilities are shared. All beds in our hostel are bunk beds.

Could have done with a few more bathrooms and a bit more privacy - we stayed in the smile building and it was a bit wierd that the shower and bathroom were right next to the dining table where people would always be sitting. Kitchen was also quite cramped but it is tokyo i guess. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Cancellation Policy
This property has a 1 day cancellation policy.Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.
Things to Note
Business Hours: 08:00 - 21:00.
Check-in: 15:00 - 21:00.
Check-out: by 11:00.
Free Luggage Storage: 08:00 - 19:00.
We adhere to the check-in time since we would like to secure our cleaning time: 11:00 - 15:00.

We have a 24hr cancellation policy. If you cancel one day prior to the scheduled date of arrival you will be charged 50% of the first night’s accommodation. If you cancel on the scheduled date of arrival you will be charged 100% of the first night’s accommodation. Times based on our reception business hours, 08:00 - 21:00 in Japan Standard Time.
If we are unable confirm your arrival by 1am on the night of arrival, we will consider you as a no-show and will cancel the entire booking. Please note that we charge 100% for the first night and 50% for the second night in this case.
