A lot of restroom: showering and toilet.

The hostel bar had a very lively and fun atmosphere.

Liked that the hostel had a lift and I did not have to lug my luggage up any stairs at the hostel. I stayed in an 8-bed female dormitory, and there was sufficient space, and even a toilet and bathroom in each room! There are also lounges on almost every level; even massage chairs for travelers to relax on in the lounges. The dining room was large and could accommodate quite a number of people. Wifi in the rooms was not strong, and I always had to go to the common areas to use the wifi.

Too boring and not backpacer at all, full of entire families and older people or children. Good facilities, but for Japan they are just good. Except the italian guy and this other japanese dude, at reception they were not very helpfull and they should improve their english. The location is too far away from the nightlife (and tokyo doesnt have night public transport).

Great people at the desk, so friendly and helpful i felt at home immediately. They would answer any doubt i would have. The place is big, the beds are nice, they even have a comic room area, which is perfect to rest. Kitchen is huge, very new and nice, they even have vending machines for food and drinks inside. Being in many other hostels in Japan, i am able to say this is the best one. Maybe the location is not Shinjuku, but everything else makes this hostel worth it like no other.

Location was great, right off the subway. Hostel staff was very nice and helpful. Only downside was that the top bunk beds were quite difficult to get down from.

This hostel is so commericalised that you'll get almost everything you need. Staying in the dorm was easy to make new friend. Unfortunately, this is not a very homely place like many hostel i have stayed. Example, staff was friendly but in a business way. Location was a little off as compared to other Khaosan hostels but not too bad. Just 10-15mins walk to station.

The staff are friendly. I like the common eating area and the bathrooms are super clean. The location is great on the sense that it is close to the attraction of Asakusa.

The staff were amazing and helpful. The location is central but there isn't much nightlife in Asakusa so it was annoying having to get the last train back etc. Great facilities, amazingly clean, cheap

Good Hostel one of the best facitites I ever saw. Is great for cuples also alone travalers. Staff is nice but too Japanese. There is nothing to do arround during the night, this is the main problem.

This is my very first hostel; I feel spoiled! New facilities, very friendly and efficient staff, and many conveniences available, including free massage chairs, and extensive kitchen. The rooms were very clean and there are a lot of bathrooms as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling in Tokyo. It's in the heart of Asakusa with plenty to do in the area. Though it does feel a little out of the way from other areas of Tokyo, the price makes it completely worth it.

Great deal. Friendly and informative staff. The location is a bit far from the non-express station, but close to Asakusa attractions and convenience stores. The rooms and bathroom were clean, and the facilities were great! Lot's of PCs to use.
