We booked the room for 3 and was surprised that it was quite spacious. We even had a mini living/dining room corner. The room is clean and doesn't smell moldy or anything like that. Location - near Asakusa (Tsukuba) station and about a 10-min leisurely walk from Tawaramachi station (Ginza Line). The hostel is also near the 24-hr Don Quixote, Nakimise, and lots of convenience stores.

Hello We are a family of 6, 2 parents with 4 kids ranging from 9-17 ... We all had a great time both in the hostel and the surrounding area. At all times the staff were more than helpful and friendly. The little travel sheets prepared by the hostel were also useful reminders when trying to get somewhere using the underground system. Staying at this ryokan/hostel helped us all 'fall in love' with Tokyo. Would stay there again definitely. Nicola Pell

Incredibly clean-- everything you can think of needing is available. There are multiple showers and toilets inside and out of the room which is nice. Location is good- right next door to Sensoji temple and metro stops.

Fantastic location, just few steps away from the vibrant area of Asakusa. Staff is super friendly and willing to help. Facilities are modern enough and the place is clean. Beds are quite uncomfortable, but I guess that's because of the futon style. Definitely recommended to who travels on budget and wants to stay in one of the most fascinating areas of Tokyo.

great place to stay! we loved out room - lots of space, very clean, and I am now serious considering changing my floors and bed to tatami and futon :D the location was perfect - easily accessible, close to the lively asakusa - lots of shops, bars, temples, souvernirs, everything you need! you could spend days exploring just the neightbourhood - asakusa, ueno, akihabara. and it's tucked away from the main street so the immediate area around the hostel is homey, cosy and quiet.

Nice rooms and common places. The bar on first floor is a great place to meet people from the hostel and around.

The rooms were lovely, very comfortable beds with air conditioning and beautiful wooden detailing in the bunks.

Kitchen Utensils are dirty . Washer & dryer are not very sufficient , no one has check the washing liquid is finish..We have been given to a room of 4 person with wall & ceiling cladding full of glass & mirror . Which you can see yourself everywhere while you are on the bed . Feels not comfortable at all and the room is very dusty and the lights are a bit dim..

This was my favorite hostel during or Japan trip. The rooms were very nice, the staff were all very helpful and nice, and the bar atmosphere was awesome - lots of people all around getting a drink and sharing stories.

the staff talking too much, not listen to the customer need. There are a night time staff, but when I leave early(5.30am), the night staff are gone and the morning staff aren't come yet.

Great location for senso ji, aquarium and skytree, also it's right next to cafe byron bay - a chill veggie international bar/cafe a good spot for breakfast and dinner. The decor is cool, traditional darkwood and futon beds + everythings super clean. the people in my dorm were friendly but can't say much on the atmosphere, didn't have time to chrck out the bar.

really clean and comfortable hostel. large beds. Clean showers and toilets. wifi works well. Lo cation is good easy walk to 3 subway stations which can get you anywhere in tokyo in about half an hour. Plenty of restaurants around.

wifi reception is terrible around most of the hostel, even in designated areas. The computers available are painfully slow!

The hostel was cozy and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The location was great too, being just next to the train station and also a short walk away from many shopping streets including the 24hr supermarket Don Quijote where we did a lot of souvenir snack shopping.

I stayed in the Japanese style room which was spacious and full of character. It is a huge hostel that looks like it used to be a hotel. It has the Potential to be social At the bar. Would be nice if they had beer on tap.
