The hostel was fully booked and I stayed at 2 different locations for my 2 nights booking. It was far apart. Although the receptionist helped us to bring the luggage, we still need to carry the luggage to the train station upon check out. It was different from what was posted in the website that the hostel was only 50 m away from the train station. I couldn't find Kiara House when I arrived. It was stated as Beautiful Place at Roma and LAM Guesthouse. Quite confusing.

I made a booking. The hostel contacted me regarding a change of prices. I didn't want the offer anymore, so I decided to cancel the booking. They never respond me, taking my money. I am very disappointed
