Not near Train Station. There's no way you can walk to Kreshatik in 20 minutes like they claim. Had no hot water in the morning for a shower. Hostel was in two apartments, so quite annoying to have to switch between apartments all the time to get a glass of water etc. Private room was only just big enough for the bed and not much else. Owner seemed friendly, but wasn't given much information about the hostel upon arrival.

Thanks to you all, Aristo, Larisa! great attention and great recomendations. Nice place and very cozy it felt really warm=) We didn`t even felt the sensation that something could be better during our stay in Kiev. We had a great night during christmas, some latin blod was nice to hear again. Hope to see you soon again otherwise you have a place in Canada. Cheers!

Thank you for a lovely stay. Staff were brilliant! What's with all the moaning about not being next to the station?! It's a 15min walk and easy to get to! I had no problems. Excellent value for money so there should be no complaints! Anybody who moans should look at the price they've paid..Nice area and good security. I will be back! Kyiv is AWESOME!!!

The owner Arisio & his super staff, Larisa were amazing. They are such helpful people they should be wearing wings :) Arisio & his lovely polish girlfriend put on a super duper extraordinary Huge Turkey dinner on Christmas eve--as U see I extended my stay. Arisio has increased the number of showers & toilets & the number of private rooms. It is close to train station which is a big plus.

Was good 1/2 h walk away from Kiev Central Station. Otherwise, fare enough - nice "hozyaika", rooms ok. nothing really to complain about.

Kiev Central Station hostel is not really all that near either to the station or to the centre but it's such a lovely place, in terms of the friendly, fun and homely atmosphere, comfortable sofa, and mattresses, helpful staff, and such insanely good value for money in terms of the comfort of the rooms compared to the price, that I heartily recommend it as the best place I know of to stay in Kiev. And I visit Kiev quite a lot!

This felt more like spending time with friends than staying in a hostel. Staff was EXTREMELY helpful with anything that came up: train tickets, sightseeing, places to eat/drink (they even came along to the bar for a chat). I owe at least 50% to the greatness of my short stay in Ukraine to Aricio and his crew. Best hostel experience I've ever had, seriously!

The manager of the hostel is very friendly and kind. And he correctly arrange the Chernobyl tour and airport transfer. The building where the hostel is located is old, but the rooms are clean.
