Friendly staff but bed sheets were never changed and toilet never cleaned so smelt like sewage

Very helpful with bookings etc even if we weren't the easiest customers to deal with.

Bit of confusion with our room when we checked in but was remedied. Staff seemed friendly, bed clean, room and bathroom could do with a bit of TLC to Increase appeal.

I stayed at Kiki's twice in my time in Thailand and they were just great, very helpful staff that make it so easy to book excursions, transportations to other places such as Pai. On our first day the man at the front desk sat down with us and a map and told us all the good places to go. Rooms are spacious and provide furniture and towels which some other places don't, would highly recommend!

It was located down a quiet street, but still very close to the main area of Chiang Mai, everything was walking distance. We booked a double bed room, and it was actually a double bed and a single bed, the room was very large and really nice (looked just as pretty as in the pictures) with a mosquito net around the bed and a good-sized ensuite bathroom. The staff were friendly, but didn't seem very helpful for anything other than booking tours. Roof top garden was nice, we'd recommend Kikie's!

Nice and very cheap hostel! Great position in the main area of Chiang Mai and near the bars / nightlife as well as the famous sunday night market! Rooms have lockers for your valuables (you need to use your own padlock) and wifi works well. Staff very helpful with information about tours and activities to do. Only con: They do not have a laptop for guests to use

It was worth the money, £5 for a private room with a double bed. The fan was a bit rubbish and broke but they were quick to replace it. Hot shower and good location. Would stay again!

Really cool place, in the heart of chiang mai. Stayed in a 4 bed room for £2.50 a night each- really cute room that was like a mini apartment! Tried to book again for when we come back from chiang mai but it's all full :(

Very pleasant private room. Good value for money

The staff were great. the location is good and is suited for the budget traveller as it is value for money. There is a small shop a couple of metres away. The roof top garden was a bit messy when I was there and with little effort and tidy up, would make a good place for getting together. One of the fans in the room I was in didn't work . Some hooks and a shelf would be very handy in the shower / toilet. A light for the top beds would be good too. The manager is a very pleasant lady.

Kikie's Hostel was very affordable and located near a bunch of cool temples and dining options. The room itself was fine -- although the twin bed in the three-person family room was incredibly hard. The AC worked just fine (even though one of the windows wouldn't shut all the way) and the staff was very friendly and helpful in providing recommendations for dining and things to do. Unlike most hostels, there was no key entry but nothing of ours was stolen.
