Was a really nice place to stay and relax. The housekeeping seemed to be a bit lazy as they didn't changed the bed sheets after check outs and the bathroom was not cleaned every day. The owner Kiki was really nice and helpful tho and felt sorry for the uncleanless as she apparently expected the housekeeping is doing their job properly. Also the other reception workers were really nice as well. Would probably stay here again.
The room was a bit shabby - holes in the mosquito net, dingy feeling, felt soggy, but pleasant enough and a nice location.
The bathroom floor was constantly covered with smelly water. The bathroom ceiling was covered with mold!!! The bedsheets were not clean and the matress was hard as rocks. The upside to this hostel was Kiki herself! She is very friendly and helpful with any sorts of requests!
Great place to stay and meet people, kikie organised film night and a social BBQ which was great. Our bathroom was not the greatest and we had cold showers until it was changed on our last day. Would probably stay here again.
The place is amazing!!! It is only a few minute walk to temples, bars, restaurants etc. The rooms are good. And Kiki is AMAZING!!! She is the most helpful person ever and within a few minutes of arrival organizes you as many events as you would like to. She knows everyone around and gets you the best prices! I can only recomment everyone going there!!!
I stayed in the dorm. The bathroom was only separated by a glass door so you could hear and pretty much see everything. To make it worse the toilet was broken, gave off gurgling noises all night and leaked sewage on the floor.
Kikie was very friendly, helpful, and exceedingly sweet. She bent over backwards to help others be comfortable and sometimes will go out of her way to provide accommodation. She knows a ton about the touristy things in the city and is happy to help with any questions anyone has. The room were very dark and comfortable, though the beds were a little harder than I normally like. Lots of space and locking storage, private bathrooms in the room. I thought it was a great place to stay.
We stayed in one of the private rooms for a few nights. The room was decently sized and the beds were decently comfortable. Both came with mosquito nets. The room was clean and a bit nicer than your average room. The bathroom was also clean and otherwise standard. Location wise, a lot of places are walkable from Kikie's since it's located in the NE part of the Old City. Kikie was pretty good in helping us arrange our day trips (Ziplining, trekking, elephants).
I had a good stay at Kikies. She is so friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean, the bathroom too.

Slightly out of way from the main center but still can easily walk there. The staff was friendly and helpful. The place was clean.
Kikie is the friendliest, kindest host I have ever met! She goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and make the most of your stay. Basic but amazing value rooms. GO HERE!
Really helpful and friendly staff. Room was lovely with ensuite bathroom. Really close to temples and good food, we loved the old town.
Really basic hostel. Dorms were ok single beds only 5 in a room. Decent big bathroom. Also decent location 10 mins from bars pubs and in the old city. However was there in the summer and the room was really hot. 2 fans covering 5 people. And also there were lots of mozzies. However it was like $3 a night and it is acceptable if you want sth cheap
Kikie' s was a nice base for our time in Chiang Mai. The rooms were clean and a/c was excellent! We loved the location - close enough to the main drag but on a quiet street near great cafes and restaurants. Marco and Kikie were helpful and always willing to answer questions. Beds were pretty hard but overall a nice stay.
Really helpful staff! Kiki was great and organised our trek and bus trip back to Bangkok. Thank you :)
Kikie's was a lovely place to stay, comfortable rooms and a good place to rest (not a party hostel). Kikie herself is fabulous, and very helpful when it comes to booking tours - she knows quite a lot about the different treks and tours and is very informative. She's super friendly, and we got on swimmingly. And to the tall, handsome strangers out there - she's beautiful and single.
Staff was so kind and nice. That is enough to stay in here. Host women was so kind and Thai staff help me a lot. It is good place and good atmosphere.
Loved the rooms with all the little storage cupboards
This hostel was perfectly acceptable for the price, however DO NOT book activites with them. Kiki recomended a trip which cost 1,800 bhat and was a total let down. other people in our groupe paid less and got more included, so there was obviosly somethng amiss. get unbiased infromation from the tourist office instead. it was ok.
