Awesome location in a very cool and convenient part of the city. Very helpful staff, only wished we stayed longer in Kanazawa at this hostel. Thanks Kikunoya, if we get the chance to come back we will.

Very welcoming. Good location near inexpensive resturants. Rooms spacious, Japanese style. Very happy with our choice. Philip & Susan Australia

Excellent hosts, made me feel very welcome. Provide visitors with tea every day in your room. Nice and quiet but minutes to centre of city and sights. Great restaurants nearby. Bathroom is for both women and men but owner said you can lock it and use it to yourself. I highly recommend this place!

I would recomand this ryokan for only one thing, its excellent location. Close from the Castle and the garden, a shopping avenue 2 min away, many little restaurants around, it was quite convenient. My room didn’t really have any characterbut was OK, and the staff didn’t really felt available or made me fell welcome... CAUTION they take only cash!

very good: in a perfect position, central and in a quiet street, very clean, nice common bath. Only downside: no credit cards

we enjoyed our overnight stay in the family-run rhokan. The traditional tatami room was clean and roomy. We were able to use the Japanese style bathroom as a private bathroom. It was really good for families with kids. The optional Japanese style breakfast was also good. Thnak you very much anyway and please keep up the service !

It was a very nice stay, thank you! Some clearer directions as to how to reach the house would have been good - I didn't have access to a printer so couldn't print off the map. I really enjoyed my time in your city though, thank you!
