The lady running the hostel was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating when my friend and I arrived late on our bikes not realising that pubs in rural Mayo do not serve food! Great (impromtu) dinner and breakfast. Thanks!

We were made to feel very welcome at the hostel. The owner was able to advise about the best walks in the area. I would recommend the evening meal too!

The location of the hostel was superb, in the hills and overlooking the estuary, so beautiful. I was very cosy and happy, the facilities were great and the staff very helpful when my hired car got a flat battery. I enjoyed my stay and would go back in a flash! I really appreciated being there.
