Unfortunately I was unable to stay in this hostel due to a severe allergy to cats - they had both a cat and dog on the main floor. I had to switch to a hotel last minute. Though the hostel and the staff were very good about me not being able to stay, they were very accomodating and I would have loved to stay, it looked like a great place.Unfortunately I was unable to stay in this hostel due to a severe allergy to cats - they had both a cat and dog on the main floor. Good hostel - excellent kitchen facilities and extremely nice staff. Adjacent to a pub, and a short drive away from Lisdoonvarna and Burren walking trails. the breakfast was very poor .... and there was not enough fridge to put our food .... so somebody take our milk ! So, on that point, I think it was poor.
